Lovely place to stay, great wines, friendly people
We were looking for a place to stay overnight on our way back from the south of Spain to Belgium and booked a room at Clos Figueres through Booking — a choice that turned out to be a wonderful surprise.
Clos Figueres is a small winery with only three guest rooms, beautifully located among the hills and slate terraces of Priorat. The rooms are very comfortable, spotless, and offer stunning views. What really makes the difference, however, is the warmth and friendliness of the people — you truly feel welcome from the moment you arrive.
We didn’t know in advance that our stay included a wine tasting of the Clos Figueres wines, which was combined with dinner in their restaurant. The tasting included both white and red wines, with three different red classifications: Serras, Font de la Figuera and the top wine, Clos Figueres. We were especially impressed by the Clos Figueres 2021 and 2022 — truly outstanding wines.
The tasting was hosted by Jessica, a wonderful person who treats guests like family. She went well beyond the standard tasting, adapting it to our interest and generously offering additional wines and different vintages.
As there were no other guests that evening, we were served a tapas-style dinner rather than a full restaurant menu. The food was excellent and the price-quality ratio was outstanding.
If we ever return to Gratallops, we will definitely come back to Clos Figueres — especially if Jessica is still there.

Lovely wine tasting and visit in Priorat region
We did a group visit and tasting and then the restaurant and it was wonderful and the staff were very knowledgeable and patient answering many questions. A truly wonderful experience for wine lovers and new, soon to be wine lovers of the Priorat region.

Great discovery ejn Gratallops
A pleasant discovery in the town of Gratallops. Magnificent experience visiting the Clos Figueras Wineries, wine tasting, bed and breakfast.
Fascinating explanation of the Arnau , with much passion immerses you in the environment and history. Very nice town of the Priory, we could buy in the Cooperative. Even though we had a rainy weekend, if you can enjoy the terrace of the resort it is great, magnificent views.
The room very cozy, I think they only have three. To put a but, the TV a little small, but we also didn't go to watch TV, but relax from the surroundings.
I do not want to leave the magnificent breakfast and the friendliness and sympathy of the people of Clos Figueras. A Christpher's success in what has turned space . congratulations

Very good overnight, drink and dine!
Rooms with the best view: Namely to the vineyards!
Of course, the room is clean and the bed comfortable.
The food is incredibly good, as are the organically grown wines, which can also be tasted at a wine tasting.
Very nice service at Clos Figueras - in the evening it continues in the wine bar - absolutely try there: Syrah Amfora!

Great lunch/visit
Had a great visit/lunch/wine pairing. Visit was relatively brief and consisted of a walk down to the cellar to learn about the history of the winery. The town, and the region. Recommend more for folks who’ve already done other winery visits and have basic understanding of winemaking. The highlight is the multicourse lunch with wine pairing for less than the price of an entre at many NYC restaurants. Didn’t eat or drink for the rest of the day. Really a great introduction for us to the Priorat wines and so impressed that a modest(in size and volume) restaurant can turn out such amazing food. Highly recommend.
