Everything fine but the area
The B&B Hotel Granada Estación is an ambiguous hotel: it can be a very good choice... or less so, depending on what you are looking for in Granada.
Value for money, especially when the rest of the lodgings are soaring, it is compliant. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, some overlooking the Sierra Nevada, something you don't expect and appreciate. The staff is friendly and attentive, always willing to help.
Special mention to breakfast, surprising for good: wide variety, well organized and more complete than usual in hotels of this range.
Location is the most debated point (and rightly so). It is next to the bus station, with easy parking, taxis and direct public transport to the center (about 10 minutes). In the area there are bars, supermarkets and all kinds of services. Also, walking about 3 km you reach the historic center, Gran Vía and Cathedral.
Now, the least beautiful thing: the night environment. At night the atmosphere outside is not pleasant, with the usual presence of homeless, and can be uncomfortable. Even in reception, unpleasant situations have been experienced with people coming in to ask for money, something that surprises and can inconvenience.
Conclusion:
Good hotel if you are looking for price, space, cleanliness and functionality, and you don't mind being outside the historic center. Not the best option if you prioritize atmosphere, charm or perceived security at night. Ideal for practical stays, car trips or when Granada is impossible to price

Good hotel to visit the city of Granada
Everything was great, the staff very attentive and nice. The room was perfect, plus the bathroom. A good place to rest if you want to visit the city of Granada

Just a downtime of a person entering the lobby through the front door trying to steal objects from Asian travelers who had left their luggage on the couches to have breakfast. When he realized I was looking at him, he rushed out.
I tried to explain to the receptionists, but I think my Spanish was terrible, because they didn't understand.
