Apartamento ideal por su excelente estado y comodidades. Muy bien situado para visitar Granada, una ciudad impresionante. Además, la comunicación con el personal de gestión fue excelente. Totalmente recomendable.

DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE
1. We arrived and it took 50 minutes to leave us the keys. We had to wait in the street at night and cold. This is despite the fact that hours before we announced the arrival time.
2. We had to shower 2 nights with cold water because they had poorly regulated the hot water thermos. We warned him the first night and they didn't fix it. Only the third day we could have hot water, I had to insist and explain to be listened to.
3. There is a construction next door that starts making noise at 6:40am, Saturday included. Impossible to sleep with trucks, noises and screams.
4. The accommodation has no thermopanel in its windows so you can hear the noise of nearby restaurants and bars as if they were glued to the place.

Disappointing
The apartment is new and in the center a few minutes walk from the cathedral, Catholic Monarchs etc... are the only strong points. The problem came when we arrived and realized that the toilet had a massive water leak at the base every time you pulled the cistern. We put a lot of towels but the pool was getting bigger. We communicated it by WhatsApp to the apartment managers and they asked permission for a technician to come in to fix it when we were not there. We gave permission. The plumber never arrived. Instead, they had left us plenty of towels to keep slowing down the water leak. Since no one contacted us, we called back and their solution was to relocate us to another apartment 20 min from where this one was. We refused because we had the reserved parking next to the flat, as we carried a 5 month old baby, suitcases, car seat and cart. Getting so far from the car was unfeasible. They have not offered to give us back a part of the money or to give us more solutions so we have passed the bridge in an apartment with the bathroom pooled and afraid to slip.
The second point to keep in mind is that no one notifies you on the reservation that the apartment is on a fourth floor without elevator. There is a small lift just right for a person of medium build but no suitcases or a human being too robust. We had to go up and down the babe cart all the floors on foot all the time we wanted to get out or in. Refrain from people with coaches or people with reduced mobility, disability or wheelchair because you will not be able to access the apartment by elevator.
Finally, I understand that it is the disadvantage of being in the center but if you want to rest this floor is not for you. It's very loud with people screaming until the wee hours of the morning and the trash truck passing several times in the night right under the window. Not recommended if you are going with babies who need to rest. For more than 600 euros for two nights the site is not worth it.

Expensive for what it offers
Very loud. Cleanliness leaves to be desired. Too expensive. It doesn’t compensate to pay such an exorbitant price for having to go up and down stairs with suitcases, find hairs on the sheets that are supposed to be clean and hear constant noises in the window until a thousand at night.
