Great place to stay

If you go to Granada definitely you must consider staying at Zahira Suites. The location is spectacular, near every attraction, shops and restaurants. Also the comfort and decoration of the hotel is great.
Staff was very friendly.

Scam

A scam.
I take the apartment for 6 good thing we are 4 in the end because 1 would have had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. I comment on the reservation and even that same morning before arriving that we are going with an elderly person, but keeps telling me that we are in the low (the lowest is a 1 without elevator, and stairs are quite pending)
I call her and tell her and apart from being cool and high-handed she tells me that the only thing is to return the money, I say okay, hang up and I can't get her to pick up our phone anymore. The apartment left a lot to wish for nothing to do with the photos.
What’s more, they tell us later that they change the name when they have many bad reviews.

Master lesson in how not to treat customers

I could not reach Granada because the fires in Ourense paralyzed the train from A Coruña and the authorities expressly requested not to travel through these areas. Still, the accommodation suggested that I could have gone “by another means of transport.” Sure, nothing beats ignoring safety recommendations, right?
The answer was that they didn't return my money. Of course, very coherent: I was reminded that when DANA Valencia also did not return anything... it seems that the failure to return is already house policy.
And the best: a message offering me 20 € off the next booking if I put 10 stars. Quite an example of how to confuse marketing with bribery.
In short, a perfect place... if you want to run out of money and, as a gift, a masterclass in how not to treat customers.

Good location, comfortable stay.

Everything we needed in a good location. A bigger sign would make locating the hotel easier but the instructions for check in were very good. Wi-Fi was good TV a bit small but we weren't there to watch TV! Street noise was a bit loud but no problem with earplugs. The apartment was cool when when it was hot outside. High ceilings and nicely decorated. I also liked the long pillows. Would stay here again for sure.

Excellent Rental

I rented this apartment with my family. It is centrally located. The bus stop is one block away, lots of street shopping close by, walking distance to many many tapas restaurants. The apartment is very clean and extremely quaint. I highly recommend.
