Very good disabled facilities & parking. Perfect small hotel w terrace & lovely rooms.

This is one of the best small hotels I've ever stayed in. Simple styling, big rooms, lovely outlook onto the shaded tree-lined terrace, traditional windows w double-glazing & excellent sound-proofing - I could have stayed forever. Loved it. The woman w curly hair on reception was totally charming; bar staff less so but OK. Good breakfast without being exceptional. Lovely location a few minutes from central square and also from two Michelin restaurants! (Which we didn't try.) Very good range of wines available in the restaurant/terrace. Haro is on top of a hill so it has lovely views and is a gorgeous little town; but getting around town is easy because the top of the hill is pretty flat.

Can’t wait to return

Excellent hotel in a beautiful area.
If you’ve not visited La Rioja and Haro before, you will love the scenery and vineyards of the wine you love!
Receptionist deserves a special mention, for her fantastic hospitality and welcome.
Modern and clean room, very comfortable bed and pillows.
Breakfast was super, with a large variety of food and drink to keep you going. Lovely proper coffee made in the bar and selection of drinks.
Hotel restaurant looked sensational and locals were dressed up beautifully for a meal there.
We will be back and stay again.
The church is worth the walk and donation of €1.
We adored the tapas and bars by the church soooo much! Los Berones was our favourite, very authentic. Chamomix was sensational for razor clams of dreams!
Teeny odd thing was that the majority of the staff working there were very indifferent towards us. Blatantly ignoring our presence and no smiles. Just ignore than

Good Service and good lunch.

We ordered a paella of rice with lobster, the quantity well and good taste, friendly service and very attentive, total well, the correct price.

Lousy spell

The experience was not satisfactory. Employees did not respond to the initial greeting. We ordered three ice coffees, one with milk and ice, and one with a cocoa touch, to which they replied that they did not have the ingredients. When requesting a "colacao", they indicated that they would not open an individual envelope for a single person, nor would they use it once opened. However, the request was assessed. The problem lies in the lack of consideration towards the request, despite its low cost of 0.70, thus preventing it from meeting the needs of the client. This attitude seems to prioritize the loss of customers and an unfavorable evaluation.
