A unique experience

The best certainly the staff, excellent treatment at all times, take care of everything in detail and are aware of any need. We went to ma suite neptune and it was amazing, everything is very clean and careful to the smallest detail. It's amazing that there can be a bath inside a bubble! The only thing was that the telescope was broken and could not be used, it was a shame because the moon was beautiful. I recommend reserving the bubble with jacuzzi as there are some that do not have. Inside the bubble you can regulate the temperature to taste. Dinner and breakfast of the best, made everything with products km 0, from Obrador and everything delicious!!! I highly recommend the experience.

Poor maintenance

The idea is very original, but they have neglected maintenance a bit; for example, the jacuzzi was not working, and after notifying them and having them come, they could not get it started, nor did they compensate us in any way after the hefty amount (over €400) we paid for one night. The shared pool was full of dead bugs and leaves; it had not been cleaned, and the shower there also did not work; details like these should not occur in a serious establishment that claims to be premium.

Unique experience

Spectacular hotel where privacy is its strong point.
They take care of the smallest details; you feel pampered and very comfortable.
The room is wonderful, and the terrace is a perfect 10.
Being able to see the sunset in the hot tub is an experience you cannot miss.
We ordered dinner, and all the products were delicious.
The facility has a pool and spa; I recommend a session in the flotation tank; it is super relaxing.
And at night, being able to see the moon with the telescope and a glass of wine... an experience to remember.

A different Toledo that shows you the charm of our land

The experience was very good. Access is through a patch of land, but past ITV there should be no problem accessing.
We received amazing treatment from almost all the staff. Except for one person who, the management, has treated with caution and indicated that they will review the incident management protocols to be shared by the entire team.
In addition, Monica (Director of Miluna) called and wrote to me personally to clarify the incidence and encourage us to visit them in the future with great respect and great empathy.
Anyway, privileged environment, premium services at very reasonable prices.
I hope that an upcoming visit will exceed our expectations (already quite high).
P.S.: we also visited the Hinojosa Safari. Milk ❤️

Amazing!

One of the coolest experiences and I am so happy that it was such an enjoyable one. The dome is insane! Very clean, spacious for what it is and your own private area with a stunning outdoor area. The dinner and breakfast is fantastic and the floating spa was a great experience too. The service is phenomenal. I would strongly recommend this to everyone!
