La Limpieza della bedroom was amazing Hamda and Salamu been very kind with me and always let me find the best cleaning and service . Really I recommend for a business travel

Clean and central

The rooms are clean, the staff friendly, but the desk is only open a few times a week in the morning. The small restaurant underneath the hostal provided good food, but it is separate from the hostal. During the evening you hear the visitors from the restaurant/cafe, so best thing is to put on noise canceling headphone, if you don't like it. During the night it is quiet, so I slept well. The pictures are not correct, because there is no swimming pool. The hostal is close to the busstation and center of Sant Antoni de Portmany, good supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. November is a good month to visit for people who like to hike and enjoy the nature, scenery and the culture of Ibiza. You can explore the island by bus easily even in off season, like I did. Sant Antoni de Portmany was more quiet now the great parties finished, which was awesome for me!

Excellent experience

Very nice staff!!!! Always very kind, they were super! The girls helped us in every way, always smiling, very nice and very courteous. They helped us with everything from buses, to safes, to beach recommendations. The cleaning girls are also lovely, fantastic staff!!! Very nice room, beautiful shower. Excellent location in the center close to nightclubs, restaurants and the station. Very satisfied!

Excellent - don’t listen to the poor reviews

Considering the value of the trip, my friends and I had an amazing time here. The check in process was simple and all staff were friendly. My friends and I had a very spacious private room which was cleaned daily by the staff there. We were uninterrupted during our stay and it felt like we were in a hotel.
We gave €100 deposit upon our arrival and honestly as long as you don’t trash the place you will definitely get it back. MAKE SURE YOU TURN YOUR AIRCON OFF when you leave the hostel, as this seems to be a reason why the hostel might keep the deposit back (understandably).
Upon our check out, the lovely owner even let us keep the luggage at the hostel free of charge for 3 hours.
Please don’t have any preconceived ideas about this hostel - we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Avoid

Nobody is there 24 hours a day it is a lie. Their good reviews are made up. They don’t answer their phone if you have an emergency and they are only there between 10:00 and 11:00 each day so they can steal your deposit from you.
They steal things from your room and pretend they haven’t been in there, but can tell you things about your room that they would only know if they were in there.
Trust me when I tell you avoid this place.
