1st Ibiza Rocks holiday
My first time in Ibiza and it didn't disappoint. Hotel daytime pool parties were great fun and the entertainers were fab for the bingo, however the rest of the saff were pretty moody (my own personal opinion).
Resident Djs could of done with playing more older well known tracks, but very good all the same.
The shower in my room had a broken thermostat and for £1200, I would expect at least a working shower. Room was clean and comfortable, I would stay here again.

Amazing holiday.
The location is ideal for most places that you may want to go to on the Island. The staff were welcoming, happy, friendly, kind, considerate and multilingual which made life and the holiday so much better. They cattered to many different needs. The atmosphere and the vibe was brilliant. The music was fantastic and the event days at the pool partys were lots of fun, great music and a really great inclusive atmosphere for all ages (obviously over 18 though). Will book again.

A NICE SOCIAL SWITCH-UP
Loved our stay here, got a venue room which was good for coaxing us out of bed the next day. Nice social hotel and the foods great

Disappointing Experience
The location is pretty convenient, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. The hotel market (sells snacks, toiletries, liquor) is convenient. There’s a taxi line right outside. The vibes feel just like Love Island to be honest, from the color scheme and pool-area layout. I stayed for three nights, with many external activities booked, so I didn’t get to use the pool and breakfast bar amenities. The one time I did try the pool, it was closed (usage cuts off at 9 pm). The room was drab, not much to celebrate there, white walls, hand soap and hair dryer. My balcony had a lovely pool view. My first night, my power was off and I had to reach out to reception. Danny was very friendly and he showed me where to push down the card to “turn on” the electricity. The following night I returned from an outing to find my wristband was not working and the door lock was flashing red. The front desk at the time (a new shift I assume) didn’t seem very sympathetic to what was going on, as if I were bothering them. They had someone come up with me and manually open the door for me, saying if I was going to leave again that evening, I would need to have them open the door because maintenance wouldn’t be able to fix it until morning. The following morning, I had an all-day boat tour so I left quite early and returned by 9:45 pm, 10 pm. I was looking for my topical magnesium spray, which is in a glass bottle. I checked underneath the beds to see if it had fallen from the nightstand and rolled away. I found it, broken behind the nightstand. It was just left there, the liquid spilling everywhere. Now when I returned from the boat outing, the beds were made and towels refreshed. I stepped on a piece of the glass that I guess landed in between the beds, on the way to the balcony.
I informed the front desk upon check out, leaving it there for them to see and clean up. The manager said she would be able to comp me a cocktail or coffee while I waited until she heard back from the cleaning team. It was nice of them to comp me that and I appreciate the brief investigation. I did not mean to accuse anyone, but I’m frustrated that the accident felt hidden, because the manager said normally the team is required to report anything like that.
When I returned later, the manager said the cleaning person had already found the spray bottle on its side and it was damaged already (it was not, I had wrapped the top with tape so it wouldn’t spilled during my flight). It seemed like they weren’t going to do much outside of the comped coffee.
I would recommend Ibiza Rocks Hotel if you’re looking for an all-inclusive vibe, but maybe be prepared for underwhelming customer service.

I am aware our Customer Service supervisor did her best to try and find out how it got broken and did report the issue to our head of housekeeping.
Accidents do happen, normally housekeeping will report them, but in this case they said they found it broken so we are not sure what happened.
I am happy that our staff member did do her best for you and got you a complimentry drink.

Just really poor
My experience with the team their was well below par of standards expected by holiday makers spending large sums for special occasion. The hotel insists their website photos are clear but as you can see the photos are misleading for what is available. This does negatively impact the experience of those booking and staying at the hotel when the photos show the same palm trees and balconies that are around the pool areas. I would definately advise caution when selecting this hotel and its rooms.

As I have previously mentioned, each room has a description on the website. Your son had a Rocks Room booked which has no pool view. The pool view rooms are literally called: Chill out pool view and Pool club view.
We have 368 rooms in the hotel. The pictures of the Rocks Rooms do not show a picture of the pool. Only palm trees which we have across the hotel including: Front entrance, Chill out pool, Pool club and on the street at the back of the hotel.
We have room descriptions so our guests can choose the correct room. The pictures on the main hotel information are not the pictures of the rooms.
