Wonderful stay. So much fun for all.
We had a great stay here as a family with teenagers and a 3 year old.
It suited all ages perfectly. Short bus/taxi to San Antonio, lovely little beach with some bars/ restaurants.
The pools were great and spent most of our time dipping in and out listening to the chilled music. Entertainment team are great; get people involved if you want too and are not pushy if you don’t.
We had family rooms, they were fab, great size and cleaned daily. Air con was a god send.
Food was plentiful, lots to choose from would suit anyone. Smirnoff included in the AI.
Thanks for a wonderful stay, and a big thanks to Oscar on reception who always took time to talk to my little boy who always wanted to say hello!

Nice hotel
Stayed here for 4 nights, rooms are lovely, everywhere is clean and fresh. Food was plentiful although at breakfast we found the bacon and eggs etc were often cold, the Spanish omelette was lovely even cold. The pools and bars are adequate, we spent a lot of time at the sports bar. There’s absolutely loads for kids to do. There’s some lovely bars/restaurants on the beach, where we discovered a water taxi to San Antonio which was only €12 per person return and takes around 20mins and we had a great day there. All in all we had a great time staying at this hotel.

That said, we are sorry that the temperature of some breakfast items did not meet your expectations. Our breakfast buffet runs from 08:00 to 11:00 each morning, and our team is always at hand to assist should anything not be quite right.
Nonetheless, it is great that the facilities for children kept the younger ones entertained and that you discovered the charming beachside bars and restaurants nearby. Finally, the water taxi to San Antonio sounds like a wonderful excursion, and we are so pleased it added to your holiday memories.

Needs a good clean around areas
Stayed here for 7 days
Room was nice and clean
Aircon worked its wonders as was very hot out and was nice to come back to a cool room
My daughter is gluten free the chefs went up and over to make sure she had enough food and made everything for her
There is a fridge full of bread cakes rolls and biscuits for gluten free guest
Down side to Resturant
Staff don’t clean tables away and re fresh so your having to ask to for it to be cleaned or new cutlery
Staff came and wiped all the food onto the floor which could of easily be put into hand and into there bin
Glass around Resturant when sitting outside needs a clean food marks all over it
The daytime
Pool and entertainment is amazing
I would say the only thing letting it down is how dirty the floor is around the pool it needs a good hose down and a sweep
Rubbish isn’t collected so flies and wasps around bins
There is a daytime bar/food counter next to the pool and the bin stinks and there is food mess over the floor that hasn’t been cleaned since we go there
All sounds very silly little things but hotel isn’t the cheapest so would expect especially bins to be emptied and floors wash inside Resturant and around pools especially when food and drinks has been on floor for days

Very good hotel
This hotel is very good the rooms are a decent size and clean. All-inclusive is good has a variety off food and drinks included so something for everyone. This hotel is a little out the way from any type of strip of lively area so if your coming for that consider you will have to get the bus or taxi to the nearest strip or hire a moped. Hotel is shared with families so if you want a quiet sunbed break maybe book a adults only hotel. Staff where very friendly evening entertainment is good but finishes about 10.30pm and drinks are served till 12 so if you plan on just staying at the hotel you can make the most of it. Had no issue with this hotel so if your thinking of booking it go ahead its a good place.
