Feels like a best kept secret
Have stayed at Los molinos three times now and can't wait to return. If you read my previous review of the hotel then sorry for repeating myself! Very peaceful, relaxing hotel in a fabulous location. Close enough to the old town and the beach. Very friendly, helpful staff and great food and drinks in the pool side bar. Short walk to lots of restaurants along the beach front or just go into Mitch's bar next door. Shop and cafe
bar across the street. Had bed and breakfast which was great the first time but again this time we stayed in the apartment across the street. Very clean and well looked after in fact it looked brand new inside. Can't wait to go back.

Fantastic hotel
A fantastic hotel. We were allowed to check in early. Nice, big room. Delicious breakfast from 07.30 to 12.00. Food at pool bar also super tasty and affordable. Nice swimming pool. Not a towel in May. Good location on boulevard with many restaurants nearby. Supermarket across the street open 24/7. In room fridge and kettle. Cleaning daily really super. Adult only so no screaming children. Quiet in the hallways. Daily fresh towels. Arranged our shuttle bus. Were allowed to use all facilities immediately upon arrival. A great hotel to really get away from it all.

Exceptional hotel
Where to start! This hotel is outstanding. Firstly the staff are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble from the breakfast to the pool bar, reception and house keeping. They are always smiling and are a credit to the hotel. The breakfast is probably one of the best we’ve ever had and the rooms are spotless (and sound proof so we could easily sleep before going out). The location is perfect for Dalr Vila as well as the clubs. The pool is amazing and the food and drinks are so well priced and great quality. We’re here for another 6 nights but had to post how good this hotel is.

First Time In Ibiza
The transfer to the hotel was very quick from the airport - around the 20 minute mark if that.
The staff always greeted us with a friendly manner and were always helpful and patient with our terrible Spanish.
It was a surprise for us to find out that our half board package didn’t include a buffet meal in the evening. We only found out after asking the reception staff when we arrived at the dinning restaurant on the ground floor and it was closed. We were told by the reception staff that we were the only guests staying at the hotel that were on a ‘half board’ booking but not given a reason why. We were given an alternative though, one main course and a dessert at the 3rd floor restaurant, and I must say: the food was excellent.
It would’ve been nice to have been informed of the change prior to our arrival.
The evening staff at the 3rd floor bar were very attentive and their professionalism made the dining experience very enjoyable. We were even given some aperitifs whilst we waiting for our main course.
The bar staff at the pool seemed a little overwhelmed at times. There were inconsistencies in the preparations of drinks like cocktails and frappuccinos, it seemed like every staff member had a different method of preparing them and made it frustrating as some drinks we ordered were better than others.
The room was consistently clean and well prepared every morning, on the top floor, our room was more of less cleaned within an hour of putting our sign on the door.
The sea view from our room (524) was breath taking - the location was right o the rocky beach which was gorgeous. The food and pool facilities were outstanding and the layout, scenery and atmosphere in the hotel was relaxing: just what we needed! It is definitely worth paying out for the sea view. The noise level on the first evening was very loud - the walls are thin and some guests enjoy a good party or arrive late into the morning. Furthermore, the boats and yachts outside are usually quite respectful but it seemed that one of the boats enjoyed a very loud party outside. Nevertheless, that was the only occasion of poor sleep and beyond the hotel's control. There was brilliant air conditioning in the room.
In the future, it would be appreciated if the hotel infromed guests of any changes made in the hotel prior to their arrival: indoor pool being closed for our whole stay, the change in the half board option.
Further information from the reception staff, upon arrival, on the facilities the hotel offers and how to access them would have been nice. We were kind’ve left to our own devices in figuring out the hotel including some doors you swipe through and some you don't but this is not shown anywhere.

Ideal location
Stayed in a Junior Suite recently and have some many good things to say. The location of the hotel is ideal, it is a 10/15 minute walk into Ibiza old town and also right on a walkway down towards figueretas that had plenty of bars and restaurants. Another major positive was the pool area, sunloungers were really comfy and also there were plenty which meant there was never any issues with getting a lounger. The pool bad was also decent. The breakfast in this hotel is a big plus, food and coffee both really decent but the best part was that it went on until midday so no usual 10am rush. Our room was great, large double level with a large comfy bed and great shower. I would however have liked a more decent air-con system as it didnt service the 'bathroom' area at all which was the only area with mirrors so was where you had to get ready and so that area became very warm. I would have also expected better toiletries in the shower and also a hairdryer that wasn't attached to the wall. Despite these minor negatives I was really impressed with the hotel and would definitely both recommend and happily return in the future.
