nothing special but okay
Was the price/performance ratio. Plant clean, food okay. Internet in the room and also fluctuating in the complex and shower gel there on arrival and should be sufficient for the stay. Unpleasantly, we noticed the 90s shower curtain, which regularly stuck to the body while showering.

Not here anymore
If you appreciate the romance of the 70s, you are in the right place, for families with young children it can be good. Already at check-in the poor organization of the establishment is evident: No matter how many guests arrive, there are only 2 people at the reception. The registration is only filled out when it is your turn, directly at the counter - no matter how many people are in a family/group, and this can take time. You could hand them out, there are tables and chairs there, fill them up in peace and quiet and hand them over to the staff when it's your turn - it would save a lot of time. We waited 35 minutes - after the long journey too much! The summit: Nobody helps with luggage - second floor without lift - not exactly a good arrival. The really good thing about the hotel is the location, but only if you have the number 10-24 - direct sea view. Everything looks very nice on the outside, but: Cleaning is nice on the outside, not inside. Environment: Still small plastic vials with shampoo/shower gel, small soaps individually wrapped! The food: Mediocre large-scale canteen. Service so to speak not available. Sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach for a fee. The staff overwhelmed, sometimes quite unfriendly.

Good if you speak German or Spanish, great for families
Great location: direct access to the beach.
Spacious room, very simple.
Ideal for families with children, activities are offered, but in German.
The buffet is more like a canteen kitchen. Lots of industrial food. We would have liked it to be more elaborate and diverse. For example, at breakfast no change throughout our stay.
As for the service, no complaints, the waiters are nice and several master French.
Too bad that on the last day we were snubbed at the front desk!
The person asked us if we spoke German or Spanish.
When we told her that no, she no longer looked at us and turned to other tourists, telling them in German that we are still in Spain...
A big thank you to Suzanne at the reception who speaks French and is very friendly!

Disappointing
The hotel is large and we had the 1st floor (2 flights of stairs) room with kitchenette. I think we were the only british speaking holiday makers except for a guest we met from london the day before we left. The room itself was basic but clean. Entertainment, tv and most literature was in German or Spanish!! Food was bland and not much variety for vegans or anyone on a gluten free diet!! Plus side was our balcony was a perfect spot for sunbathing. Staff did not always speak English so communication was challenging. The resort would suit german spanish, dutch holiday makers. We will not be returning!!

A well-kept spacious bungalow complex . The apartment consists of a living room, a bedroom, a hallway and terrace or balcony. Bed linen is changed once a week, towels as needed. Cleaning is carried out
5x weekly. Animation program is offered daily. All inclusive only includes drinks marked with a star. That's not understandable.
After a dinner there were extreme stomach and intestinal problems, which suggests hygienic deficiencies in the kitchen, as very many holidaymakers were affected by it. From the reception did not come much reaction, but only the answer : "It will probably be a virus. "
In such cases one should be concerned with the well-being of the guests and investigate these reports. I was personally affected.

Children under the age of 3 are not allowed in the kids' club. We inform you that Sotavento Beach club will be undergoing maintenance and conservation works in one of our pools(pool without animation) between November 17th and December 7th 2025. The afected zone won't be accesible for guests, there will be no visual affectations. The rest of the facilities, the rest of the pools included will be fully operational. Maintenace work will be performed Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00, always keeping in mind the comfort and wellbeing of our guests.
Please note that under Royal Decree 933/2021, effective February 1, 2025, hotels in Spain may request certain personal information at check-in, including but not limited to identification, address, email, and phone number for guests 14 and older, as well as proof of relationship with minors under 14.
