Outstanding hotel

We have just spent 3 weeks in Spain staying at 4 different 4 star hotels in Seville, Cordoba, Cadiz and Jerez. All of the hotels were vey good but this one was our favourite. Its staff, facilities, food and atmosphere made it stand out. Its about a 15 minutes walk into the old town and there are loads of restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Taxis are very cheap and the reception desk organise them to arrive within minutes. The rooms and AC are great and the swimming pool is ideal with lots of sunbeds. The breakfast is first class and very well staffed. The food in the bar is good and there is also a restaurant on site. We will definitely use this hotel chain again.

Dissatisfied

I need to express my dissatisfaction. We wanted to cancel the reservation we had for a few days in August three weeks before the date. They have charged us for the first night, which cannot be canceled, just as the hotel's cancellation policy states.
What I do not think is right is that they did not let us use just that night we already paid for, even though the rest of the reservation was canceled.
We feel completely ripped off.

Gracias por compartir su opinión. Lamentamos sinceramente que su experiencia con la cancelación de la reserva le haya causado esta sensación.
Tal y como se indica en las condiciones de la tarifa seleccionada en el momento de realizar la reserva, la primera noche no es reembolsable en caso de cancelación fuera del plazo establecido. No obstante, dicha condición implica el cargo correspondiente a esa noche y no permite mantener únicamente esa noche una vez cancelada el resto de la reserva, ya que la cancelación afecta a la totalidad de la estancia.
Entendemos que esta situación pueda resultar frustrante y lamentamos que no haya cumplido con sus expectativas. En cualquier caso, agradecemos sus comentarios, ya que nos ayudan a conocer la percepción de nuestros clientes.

A haven of peace and tranquility

Very pleasant hotel, especially because of the staff who are very friendly.
The hotel is very pretty, everything is very clean, and the food is very delicious.
When we arrived they treated us very well, everything you ask for they do super fast. The rooms are very large with a large little terrace and very beautiful views of the pool.
The pool is wonderful, with warm, very clean water and a wonderful, very well-kept garden. The pool bar-terrace is very well attended, with a very affordable menu.
And the breakfast is exceptional, very varied, top-quality products. The service from the dining room and grill staff was very professional and super pleasant.
The experience was very positive and unforgettable, especially because of its tranquility and the kindness of ALL its staff.
Anyway... I highly recommend it!!!!
We all loved it!!
What a shame that we have to leave...

Quiet city hotel in a good location with a nice pool area and very good breakfast

The Hipotel Sherry Park is very centrally located and still quiet near the old town, which can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. This is a very good 4-star hotel.
The hotel has a large parking lot with many free parking spaces.
The reception was attentive, a bit reserved.
Our room was sufficiently large with a balcony and a view of the pool/garden area (pool open until 6:00 PM, bath towels; lifeguard!). The bathroom of our room was also sufficiently large. The beds were comfortable.
Very quiet facility.
The breakfast buffet has a huge selection with the option to have your egg dishes prepared fresh. Large selection of juices. Simply SUPER!!
You feel comfortable here. In any case, a clear recommendation.

Exactly what we were looking for

It's a corporate hotel but does it's job very well. The room was spacious and had a terrace, the bed was very comfortable. The staff on reception were attentive, breakfast was included and sufficient, there's an egg/omelette station if you want freshly cooked. Be polite people though, I did cringe at the person behind me with no please or thank you!
Parking is free if you book direct. We checked in early and left later as we were going to the horse show. You can leave your car and luggage until later in the day with no charge and no rush.
We didn't use the pool but were very impressed with the disabled access. Very easy walking distance to the centre of town.
