I enjoyed this place in Jerez very much! The winter garden is just spectacular, the whole place has a timeless charm and is well maintained, everything is clean and works. Don’t come here looking for big luxury. However, no bad remarks: this place is a gem and the people who own it and those who work here are passionate about it. My deepest appreciation and gratitude! Hospitality as it should be. Well done!!

They're scammers.

They're scammers I was going from a long way with my daughters and my car broke down and I couldn't stay and the guy at the front desk told me that I wouldn't have any problems even he helped me put the return and eventually they've charged me whole wash their hands and don't show their faces the boss doesn't get in with me and the guy says q has screwed up and I the customer that I run out of my money...

Friendly helpful owner. I received a parking ticket, not realising there is absolutely no parking for non-residents in the city centre, and the owner helped me navigate how to pay the parking fine at a reduced rate
