Peaceful, comforting hotel.
Greeted with a warm welcome. Beautiful spacious room overlooking the pool with loungers and a seating area. Very peaceful by the pool. Super comfy loungers No music , no children!
Beds were comfy. Efficient sir con and WiFi.
Breakfast was good with freshly cooked eggs and a limited cold buffet.
Slightly negatives. It I a good 25
minute walk into the centre of Jerez.
The bathroom had a strange door arrangement for the toilet The jacuzzi bath was stained.
We ate in the restaurant. Service by Jordi was exceptional but he was rushed off his feet. Definitely needed another member of staff. There was obviously a half board option but we weren’t offered that.
There was no where really to relax and have a pre or after dinner drink.
That been said we did enjoy our stay all the staff we’re very friendly.
Just felt it fell short of its five star rating. Not 6 but definitely 4.5.

An absolute oasis, didn’t want to leave
Faultless. Beautiful hotel, lovely, large rooms which are beautifully decorated.
Pool area is tranquil, clean and never crowded.
Food is excellent and the staff are fantastic, so friendly and helpful.

The whole experience at Hotel Villa Jerez was nothing short of exceptional. Wonderful staff, wonderful breakfasts, and a wonderful room. I was very sad to leave… Particularly considering I have eaten the best omelette in my life here!

Boutique hotel located in a historic city, generally speaking it was good.
Bathroom integrated into the bedroom, loss of privacy. Shower, bathtub, etc., all integrated. There is no support in case you fall. You exit the shower with wet, soapy feet on polished porcelain flooring. Dangerous due to the possibility of an accident. The rest is acceptable, good vibes. Be aware that from 11 AM to 8 PM there is staff in the lobby.

We were delighted with this stay and the front desk staff particularly Reyes were so helpful and knowledgable.
The pool area was lovely as was the room & Breakfast is very good value with much to choose from
Walking in to the main historic areas is a pleasant 30-35 minute stroll and I like the fact you are away from the busy areas and parking is great etc.
