Worth repeating.

A new hotel, the closest thing to typical beach hotels but right next to Albacete. They have many activities and all are free (wine tasting, beauty session, hiking route...)
The workers are super pleasant, we will return

A Dire Experience

We left on Valentine's Day, to spend a romantic day together. And it was nefarious just after arriving at the hotel we were given a map to get to the apartment, we lost time as we could not find it because we did not have coverage or mobile data. When we arrived we took a bath in the hot tub, went out to smoke a cigar and when we entered all the water had been emptied from the hot tub. My desperate partner scrubbing everything, we couldn't warn anyone as our cell phone didn't work and we weren't given the paper with the wifi key. I had to go upstairs to get cover and call the hotel soon after the maintenance came and told us that what had happened to us had already happened before. After a while they told us they didn't know it happened like it was our fault. The cleaning ones weren't coming. We had to clean the flood. When I called to say we were leaving, they told me the cleaning ones were coming when we had been drawing water for an hour. An embarrassment and to top it off we are told that we are not getting our money back because the hot tub is fine. Here I leave you photographs so you can see the state of the room and you will see that we have passed before since the moves and the door are in bad shape. Under the fridge was filled with water and for our safety we left. I do not recommend it!!!!

Good for a stopover

Nice hotel with great views of the ravine. Very comfortable outside area with decent pool and lots of places to relax. Onsite restaurant but rather heavy oily options. Lady at reception very welcoming although on another occasion 2 other staff ignored us and other guests waiting at reception, that was rude. Generally, nice for a stopover on way to Madrid or from Madrid on way to the coast.

Poor management of excursions and misinformation about food.

Failure to comply with the reservation and poor management of food. It was terrible, there was bad communication among staff, I could not go on the excursion even though it was booked with a premium reservation and all-inclusive, I was not registered, which made me very angry.
The restaurant does not have information about allergies or intolerances. I have lactose intolerance, gluten intolerance, and methane SIBO, which I mentioned beforehand, and the first meal was terrible, causing me vomiting, diarrhea, and discomfort. I mention this so that the owner is informed and takes action. Because of this, I was forced to leave this place, very upset about the experience; what a vacation I had.

Discovery

One of those fabulous places in Spain that foreign tourists don't know.
An exceptional nature, fairy tale villages. This hotel is perfectly located and is of very good quality. The restaurant offers homemade, local products.
