Very comfortable accommodation
Apartments very well equipped, clean. The resort is very quiet in October, the beach is close on foot. Road a little noisy, but not awkward. Secure underground parking in the residence. Good Price quality ratio

Nicely situated, self catering apartments, with air-con and TV.
The whole complex, rooms, corridors, pool area, were exceptionally clean. The room was nice, on the second floor, with a smallish balcony, overlooking to pool. Adequate for just the two of us.
Staff were very friendly, from arrival to departure. Beds comfy too.
It was nice to have underground parking, so convenient.
We accessed the large Lidl store usually in the car, which sold everything you’d need.
The beach area was nice and always somewhere to park if you didn’t fancy the walk.
All in all, a lovely break and we are returning very soon.

Lovely place to stay. Highly recommended.
Lovely apartments , well located with all comforts. We had a room on the floor of the pool with a large terrace. The car could be in the garage below. That was included in the price. We could load the car there too. The only thing that was not nice was that we had to wait more than 4.5 hours at the pool until our room was ready. We had indicated the day before arrival what time we would arrive but they were still cleaning. So it took us a very long time to unload and put on something light. With that temperature of around 30 degrees, that was far from pleasant.

Would NOT recommend!
Here is my review of these apartments:
Pluses:
1 - the apartment was very clean when we arrived & overall the hotel is clean
2 - the pool is decent
3 - it's walking distance to restaurants & the beach
Minuses:
1 - rooms are serviced once per week
2 - you have to empty your own bins!
3 - there is no pool bar - in fact no where to even buy water in the building
4 - there are pics of a gym on tripadvisor - but this has not reopened since covid
5 - the owner often hovers around the pool, telling the children they are not allowed balls or floats in the pool. He met my 11 year old son on the stairs one day, and he was carrying a float - he told him floats were NOT ALLOWED (again)
6 - on our last day one of the staff came over to me after seeing 2 of my kids in the pool, and told me that 'lycra' was not allowed - he was referring to the UV protective rash vests that 2 of my kids were wearing. He did not speak English but was using google translate - he was determined to enforce this rule of 'no lycra' in the pool. When I tried to explain that these tops were not in fact lycra, but to PROTECT their skin from burning, he was not interested.
My feeling about this place was that the owner was quite petty, and instead of ensuring his guests were happy and enjoying themselves, he was hell bent on enforcing these ridiculous arbitrary rules - of course kids want to play with balls in swimming pools - and use floats - and there is PLENTY of space in the pool to allow that to happen. The culture trickles down from the top, and the rest of the staff also seem to have the same petty mindset.
I think there are better properties in Estartit - some of which are on the beach - and probably cost less. I will not be returning here.

good place to stay in L´Estartit
The week I spent there with my family was great.
We were fully satisfied with apartment layout, with equipment available in apartment as well as with pool and other public areas.
The staff in reception was very frendly and they were willing to help anytime including providing solution for check-in in case of our late comming.
Underground parking kept our car cool.
Walking to the bech took 10 minutes.
There was several good restaurants in surrounding and all other restauarnts was also not more far than 10-15 minutes.
The top was when receptionist made as happy by returning AirPods which my doughter lost by the pool.
Small issue was the apartment announced as "with pool view" has one of the biggest terace but it has no direct view to pool (B-11).
