Poor service by reception staff
I stayed in this hotel from 3 to 5 April 2026. I booked by booking where it said that the hotel in question had a pool, and did not say that it was not always open. I also requested a double bed in the room I was booking. When I arrived neither open pool nor double bed, which was not informed at check-in.
After talking again with the reception employee about these points, the same man got a double bed room, although, according to him, we were doing a downgrade because the double bed room was lower than with individual beds that had been assigned to us, which seemed quite good and we accepted, we were happy and everything was resolved.
1 hour after being rested in my room, the employee in question came to knock on my door with printed sheets of the booking prints that contained the pool schedule, something he had not before. It was extremely unpleasant in the way you spoke to me and approached the whole matter, even suggesting that it was my fault for not seeing the information on the booking.
There were other incidents such as: hair in the measured eggs of breakfast and when I tried to make a complaint to the reception I received again answers and wrong looking from the staff, claiming in a rough tone that should have informed me how to make a complaint in Spain and that, again, the fault was mine.
I was not treated well and this whole situation made me hate the whole stay. A moment that should be a vacation and to relax, has become a stressful experience.
The rooms are even good with a comfortable bed, but the breakfast very weak and the care of some staff are not worth our return.
