Charming rural hotel

A very charming hotel in the image of the manager. The romantic Marie Lauren room at will remains comfortable and spacious. A very pleasant clean smell emanates from the bedding, and the bathroom. You have a shared terrace overlooking the garden.
Breakfast is good and hearty.
This building has a soul, lovers of cement tiles will feast. However, avoid the restaurant bar of the village La Leyenda, expensive for tasteless food.

VERY PLEASANT SURPRISE IN A RURAL SETTING TO DISCOVER. FULLY RECOMMENDED.

It was an unexpected surprise to stay at this rural hotel. We were lucky enough to have the María Pilar room (first floor) and it should be noted that it has a good size, an excellent bed (very good mattress, delicate sheets and pillows), sufficient heating (two radiators with control and also an air conditioner and a ceiling fan that we do not use), TV with channels, pleasant decoration, "old fashioned" hydraulic tile floor (it may seem cold in winter not being wooden, but the heating works so well that it is not), a decorating trunk at the foot of the bed, an armchair and a cupboard with drawers that doubles as a wardrobe; high ceilings and large windows (there is no minibar). The bathroom is spacious, with modern pieces and in good condition; it has a bathtub with half a glass screen (does not wet the floor) and a good shower with strength and pleasant hot water; very good towels; heating and dryer. The sleep is good (there is no traffic outside) although, if someone passes through the street you can hear, as the glass is not insulating. The same goes for the noises of the neighbors, but nothing to prevent rest. The common areas are those of an old house, with beautiful floors, stairs and decoration. It parks on the street (we had no problem) and there is a well kept garden with a small pool. Breakfast is served in a dining room on the ground floor, where coffee or tea is served on request and there are cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, juices, fruits, bread of various kinds, sweets and cakes, all very well presented and with very good utensils. The marriage that runs the hotel is very friendly and attentive and offers a warm welcome. The wifi well and the level of cleanliness high. The value for money is more than remarkable. Accommodation highly recommended.

Nice quiet hotel for rest in small village

This is a perfect hotel to take a rest if you have to travel long distance. As we came from south of Portugal on our way to France. The village is quiet and safe, the rural hotel very well maintained and delightful, making one to feel comfortable. The room is clean and smelled good as you walk in. No problem here for parking. The owner is welcoming, speaks English and has been running this hotel for 25 years. From an old hotel manager (I opened five hotels after getting my master in Cornell University Hotel school at Statler in Ithaca, NY) this is a strong recommendation. It is definitely a great value for the money.

The treatment of the owners and the very flirty room

Lovely renovated house, with a lot of charm, I give a lot of importance to the bed linen, here it seems a dream, as if you brandished them the white Nordic with its embroidered strip, the pillows and the luxury mattress, the original tiles, I love them, it is in April and all night the heating all night on.The bathroom complete and very careful, breakfast with everything you need, highly recommended and very close to Guijuelo, there we had dinner , rain and we could not walk

Highly recommended, for the attention, the quality-price ratio and the availability and attention to details.

Delicate attention, beautiful room, silence, good temperature (I thought we would be cold). Good breakfast and very friendly people in charge. We were lucky to get the last available room, because we didn't plan to spend the night there. We will be back.
