I upgraded to Modern boat house which was worth the extra.
Great stay and close to Gibraltar too

Very good stay in the boat house! Close to both the city and the boarder to Gibraltar. Be prepared for compact living 😊

Good but...

In the immediate vicinity of Gibraltar, it is a pleasant and original concept, rather well laid out and equipped. The information provided during booking is very precise.
One might regret that the general condition of both the accommodation (damaged parquet floor with splinters dangerous for bare feet) and the furniture (torn fabric on armchairs, damaged and uncomfortable sun loungers) is not up to the standard of the service.

We had a wonderful stay at Boat Haus!
Stayed in the yellow boat house number 3 and beds were ok but quite thin. Roof terrace was best both for breakfast and late night World Cup games!
Nice beach 10 min away with clear water, showers and bathroom.
Walking from Boat Haus to Gibraltar was 15 min.

The kitchen had everything you needed. The shower was a bit smallmbit thr water was nice and hot with good water pressure. The location was convenient to restaurants and sites
