Positive Receptionist

After a stressful day due to a cancelled flight and being sent to a fully booked hotel from our airline, we rang this hotel at about 11pm and spoke to a lovely receptionist called Cristina. She sorted us 2 rooms out and was very patient with us, despite struggling to understand English. She was very happy and positive on our arrival and can only be happy with how patient she was with us.

Deception in romantic pack

We gave a newlywed couple a stay with vosota celler and romantic pack consisting of bottle of cava, fruit basket and box of chocolates. What they found in the room was sad. A plate with a few pieces of fruit and cava. And the chocolates? And the basket?

First I want to thank the reception girl for the effort she made to make our stay as good as possible....then I want to address the person who commands the hotel and say that she is not ashamed, I don't know how you can run a hotel like this, we just arrived we saw that the room we were given was not the one we had asked for we gave a triple room with separate beds when we had asked for a double with bed together, we went to reception and we were told to put the beds together and take out the tables, then the card holder of the room was broken we had to put the card 20 times to make it work, then we went to shower and the shower head was broken came out every time you gave it to the water, it was impossible to shower like this, we went down to tell her all this and we were told that there were no maintenance staff, amazing!! And finally the reception girl was able to give us another room, then breakfast, we had to clean the table and set it up because everything happened, I just want to say that to the person who sends in that hotel to make him look because he has abandoned him, a greeting

Very bad experience......

nefarious management at the time of entering, when I booked they told me that they served breakfast at seven but when I picked up the key they told me that it was not at eight o'clock , anyway the case is that they prepared a separate breakfast being that I could have gone to breakfast at the buffet, not only did not fix it if but even worse not making me stop to breakfast at the buffet, seeing that I stayed at the bar, we go a very very bad experience, the day ruined and with a terrible anger, not to repeat, I do not recommend it.....
