I had to cancel my plans in Lanjaron because of their poor planning.

I have not been to the hotel, I have been to the spa, clean, complete. The only downside is that they didn't even call me about the schedule reservation, they gave me the schedule they wanted without consulting me and because of that I had to cancel my plans to go to Orgiva.

enjoyed was the water that’s about it and the sweet doctor that works for them Dr Ivette Alverez. I wish her all the luck there because she deserves a better place to work at. I will be including my pictures so there’s proof. Oh, and so many times I went to the pool area and there was so many people there was no lounge chairs available. You have to wait till their Siesta time then you have all the pool to yourself. What a joke. And when you complain about the flies in the restaurant, they say well we are located in the jungle. Actually, all the glasses had no real good cleaning. I would have to run it through water and clean it with a napkin because there was so much filth inside the glasses the drinking glasses. Wine and all other drinking glasses. Their machines do not clean properly. Many people got bites from spiders and other bugs in their rooms. Same thing was said we are in the jungle. I guess there used to it. The food menu was the same thing every week for breakfast. It was the exact thing which were eggs that were like from powder and hams and cheeses, and lots of bread for the Spaniards. Not my kind of breakfast lunch and dinner always had a salad, which is what I ended up eating most of but the rest of the food I could pass. Let me put it to you this way I ate out four times and I was there for nine days. I hope you guys can Google Translate so you can see exactly what I’m saying.

Disappointing

Prices of 5 stars, and in reality, it is a roadside motel, old and small rooms, lack of staff, scarce breakfast, super small and overpriced spa.

We will not return.

After reading the negative comments about the spa, we did not request this service; we preferred to go to the outdoor pools. The lower pool was small and crowded, so we opted for the upper one, which they already warn you has a couple of "somewhat steep" slopes... that recommendation was an understatement.
The room was not bad, but it was not 4 stars.
The breakfast was basic. And the outdoor facilities were very neglected; it is evident that there is no gardening or maintenance staff. There are fallen plants, dry leaves everywhere, and rusty pipes and faucets.
