DISAPPOINTING DIRECTION

Very good Hotel with a very good team of professionals, pity that the management of the same has not bothered to divert his phone to another of his hotels so that the clients who had reservations were attended while it was closed in case of need, as was my case, that I called 20,000 times but later I came to find out that it was closed, until the same day before I had reservation, so I could not do any management about it.
On the other hand the buffet of very good quality but very little stocked.

Hotel in decline due to consensual monopoly

The Hotel is very old and not very adapted to the current average. They force you to Breakfast (which by the way is lousy: horrible coffee, powder juices, greasy chacinas, etc., in short, not healthy) because until 10 am there are no cafeterias open at a reasonable distance. It is the spitting image of a town in decline to which the monopoly exercised by the company that manages the Spa (Relais Termal) has not done it any good, as it has closed or agonizes many catering businesses that have become obsolete, low quality and very expensive. In short, I have been visiting Lanjarón, and that hotel in particular, since the early 90s and as this last time I have not seen so bad neither the hotel nor the town itself.

We wouldn't come back.

We went with trip from IMSERSO , the hotel is old-fashioned, breakfast every day the same and with little variety, food with very little variety, there were days that there was only meat or fish nothing else and only one type. They had a small cafeteria that was closed for 10 days. The games room with two tables only. The only positive thing is the dining room staff.

Acceptable but lacks services and details

The hotel is good for a getaway. And the price of the night, 80 euros with breakfast and one hour access to the spa I see it right.
Reception service very good but the hotel is not adapted to be a three star. Very old-fashioned everything and leave in some parts of the facilities.
Then breakfast is very scarce and of fair quality.
The room is very spacious but with little comfort. The mattress is not comfortable, there were no cushions apart from the pillow to be able to watch the TV from the bed a little built in. There was nothing to be able to hang the towels and swimsuits... in a hotel that everyone goes to the spa... are details that a three-star hotel would have.
As for cleanliness very well. But you have to catch up on details, variety and services.

A nice memory.

The environment, the company that chance brought us and the hotel staff have made us have a nice memory of our stay.
The friendly and correct attention of the staff at all times: reception, cleaning, meals... and above all the shared evenings, motivate this opinion.
Will we return?...surely.
Do we recommend it? ...without a doubt.
