Ovaj udobni apartmanski kompleks smješten je u mirnom dijelu Lanzarotea, samo nekoliko metara od plaže, i ima grijani vanjski bazen. Opustite se i uživajte na balkonu svog apartmana Fayna. Smještaj je pametan i funkcionalan, s puno prirodnog svjetla.

Already booked for the next visit
We have stayed in several complexes in PDC over the years, but this was our first time to Fanya.
We had a fantastic 9 nights here over Easter 2026. We had a 2 bedroom apartment ( not removated), which was very spacious with a big balcony on the 1st floor as we had requested. Balcony had sun all day until 6pm
There was a modern bathroom with a full shower. Hairdryer provided in the bathroom.
Rooms were cleaned several times during our visit and never very early in the morning.
Location is perfect, just 2 mins from the strip and no hills.
The pool was heated for the duration if the stay which was great for the kids and adults alike. The complex had a lovely mix of clients, many returning.
The pool bar did a happy hour at 2.30 qnd had the usual wraps and salads available.
We enjoyed our stay and nothing was too much trouble for the staff on reception. This would be in my top 2 of the complexes in the area. We have already booked to return next year .

Enjoyed again
We've been coming here for years. Previously it was combined with Flamingo but now Juan and Isabel have taken over, there is only the Fayna part. Part vd apartments has been renovated. Nice, well equipped and quiet. Good house rules and very service oriented. Cleaning is every other day, fine!! Good location, just behind the promenade and beach but no disturbance from noise etc. Hope to come here for years to come and also seen acquaintances this year. Once you've stayed here, you'll want beets different in Puerto del Carmen

Fabulous well located apartment
1st time at la fayna (after 20 years of visiting lanzarote!) really happy with spacious ground floor 2 bedroom apartment and huge walk in shower and very Comfortable beds. reception and housekeeping staff all very friendly and welcoming. Loved the location a stones throw from seafront. My only ask would be to perhaps supply better towels and perhaps some washing up liquid and a sponge.. Other than that yes more than happy to return next year! A hidden gem!

Another excellent holiday!
We have stayed at these apartments for several years now. Excellent location, right by the bars and restaurants, set back just enough to be very peaceful though.
All the rooms face the pool. The rooms are well equipped with everything you need. Always plenty of sunbeds available. The receptionist Isabel is friendly and will always help you out with anything.
Nothing to fault with these apartments!

Feels like home
So we've just returned from our 3rd visit to Puerto Del Carmen and 2nd stay at Fayna. This stay was just as good, if not better.
Apartments: The owners have done a great job on the refurbishment of some of the apartments making them superior, we were happy with our previous stay in the standard accommodation but loved the new ones. Your apartment will be cleaned regularly with fresh towels and linen. The complex is a small one surrounding a pool and the bar serves great food and supplies drink so you don't need to go out to eat lunch if you don't want to.
Owners: Isabella and Juan are genuinely wonderful people. If there is a problem they attend to it straight away. You can tell that their priority is to ensure the guests enjoy their stay. They have zero tolerance for guests who are noisy and disturb other guests. It's ideal for couples and families with small children probably not for groups of people that want to party all night long.
Location: You have one of the best locations here, literally a few minutes walk onto the main strip opposite the casino. You can walk along the promenade and take in the beautiful views. The complex is not near any noisy bars so it's peaceful at night
Local life: You will find a lot of bars and restaurants nearby that cater to every budget. There are also plenty of supermarkets for self catering. The resort is near the sea so eating alfresco or having a drink overlooking the ocean is something you can do every day We have already booked to go back to Fayna in April. Can't wait
