Horrendous cheap 2* plus hotel
Arrived friday night as a couple welcomed.and was.served bread and cheese on arrival was then told our room was by the pool not realising how noisy it would become as the entertainment finished most nights after 11 with guest being rowdy walking past waking us up every night the beds were rock hard and didnt get decent nights sleep whilst there the food was horrendous if you like pizza pasta or meatballs you'll be happy although food is luke warm if you was lucky shows how bad the food was when they provide you with a microwave to warm your food up realised a few things had gone missing whilst there a gift we had bought our grandson had gone missing and some hair serum we decided this hotel.wasnt for us we moved to a different hotel with better beds food and less noise! We had to spend an extra £330 to spend our last 2 nights in lanzarote wrote a.complaint to be told they had mattress toppers!!! But you had to ask for them!! This is not a 4* hotel more like 2*plus

Food temperatures are regularly checked and comply with all current food safety legislation. For guests who prefer their food hotter, a microwave is available upon request.
Finally, our Reception team provides a 24-hour service and always aims to resolve any issues or concerns during our guests’ stay. However, we have no record of any concerns being reported to Reception during your stay with us.

Relaxed holiday
Came here with family my 16 year old, 7 year old and my one year old. The hotel is spotless clean maids do not stop all day, rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels hotel grounds r spotless too.
The food I would say is average, breakfast is just the same things on everyday but sets u up for the day. Lunch and dinner are a bit repetitive too, there has been no chicken nuggets for the kids which my kids were disappointed in.. they make fresh pizza at dinner time which was lovely. We ended up eating out a lot of the time at night.
Entertainment for the kids is poor but my kids were happy to just play about the pool during the day.. no mini disco at night for the kids they had a live singer on every night in the pool bar from 9-10.30pm.
Pool area is so relaxed no fighting for sun loungers we had a such relaxed week..
Would recommend it to couples.

Will not return
We have just arrived home after spending a week in this hotel. This hotel is definitely not a 4*.
The food was the same every single day and was always cold. The also seemed to have a problem with flies! There was so many flying around and landing on the food. They had a lot of electric fly machines however none of them were switched on!
You can not get wifi unless you are sat in the reception area which is annoying if you are travelling with children. Tv in room didn’t work as ‘no signal’.
On the night we arrived our air con did not work. We rang reception who told us it would be fixed the following day. We were then told no one was available to look at it. We asked if we could move room but was told none was available. We asked for fans but was told they do not supply fans. We complained every single day. DAY 6 of our holiday a man finally came to our room and sorted the air con.
The room itself was lovely and really big. We had 2 small balcony’s and a terrace with two sun loungers on. The cleaners were fantastic and friendly. The hot water in the shower on lasts about 10 minutes before going freezing and have to wait a couple of hours for the water to go hot again.
The grounds of the hotel was spotless. The gardeners were working every day and they do a really good job.
Beach was a 20 minute walk from the hotel. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants on the beach
We did not see no entertainment during the day around the pool. There was a board in reception with activities everyday ie pool yoga and pool games but did not see any of this. Asked at the reception and we were told this was old and needed to be taken down. We seen a singer on one night of our stay but apart from that that was it!

The rooms were fine, the buffet was average.
Good afternoon, we have been at this hotel for a few days and the experience has not been entirely good. The hotel is quiet, a 20-minute walk from the center of Playa Blanca, and the bungalow-type room was very nice. I must say that breakfast was good, but lunch and dinner were average, with a bit more variety needed, especially for desserts, which were very poor and lacked variety, with little fruit and only jellies and pastries, and the ice cream was not very cold. The all-inclusive was very poor as well, with a very limited schedule; it is not like in other hotels we have stayed at, which start at 11 and end at 6 PM, with the excuse of dining hours, and only offered burgers, sandwiches, and fries. It is a shame because the hotel itself is nice, so I would not return to this hotel.
