Elba Premium Suites - Rezervirano područje samo za odrasle nalazi se unutar resorta Elba Lanzarote Royal Village u Playa Blanci. Ovaj rezervat samo za odrasle ima tipičan dekor Lanzarotea, kao i suptropske vrtove, bazene i fontane.

Lovely holiday
Fantastic long weekend, great adults area, bar and restaurant… big shout to Chuss in the pool bar and restaurant, fabulous food, service and drinks with a smile always.
Rooms were private and clean, mini bar stacked everyday.

Chus is incredible!
We stayed in the adults only section of the hotel and were very impressed. Chus got to know us well and made sure that we were both looked after and entertained throughout the day. I would recommended Elba to anyone!!

Disapointment
Dissapointing stay.
We went all inc, not all items are avaliable on all inc? You are unable to have bottled water, or fizzy drinks on breakfast but you are able to have Cava & Bloody Mary?
We stayed in Premium Suites and requested a pillow of our pillow menu which took several hours and after a long morning we wanted to we our heads down, unfortunetpy the original pillows in our room were as flat as pancakes.
We also had an issue with our shower and the pressure which we notifed reception about 2/3rd day of our trip and this is still yet to be rectified and our trip finishes tomorrow.
Our exterior balcony had no padding on the sunbeds & the cushions on the seats were filthy. Others had brand new seating & padding on sun loungers.
Food is ok, very bland. Best place is the pool bar which is 1pm -4pm for food. Be warned you will be bitten by black flies throughtout resort.
Beds are massive & very comfortable.

Regarding the room facilities, please accept our apologies for the inconveniences experienced. We would like to inform you that the renovation and replacement of outdoor furniture is currently in progress. As the hotel has 360 rooms, this is a gradual process which requires time to be completed in all areas.
We also regret your dissatisfaction with certain aspects of the gastronomy, although we appreciate your positive remarks about the pool bar and the comfort of the beds.
Finally, we must express that we are most saddened by your comments expressed through TripAdvisor while you are still staying with us, rather than having the opportunity to assist you directly in person. Our Guest Relations team are always available and willing to resolve any concerns promptly to ensure a more satisfactory experience.

Heaven!
Have just returned after a 10 day holiday, and cannot find one thing to fault. The Suites were incredibly spacious with lovely decor, very comfortable beds, plenty of wardrobe space, a safe, tea and coffee making facilities, gorgeous fluffy huge bath towels, and towelling bathrobe and slippers. The swimming pools and grounds were beautiful and pool towels can be hired at the Spa for €10 each which is refundable when you leave. The Spa and indoor pool was gorgeous. The food was varied and generally hot, and the salads were to die for! I'm not a dessert person so cannot comment on those, but the variety of cheese and biscuits was great. All Staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. Would we return - definitely.

Don’t understand moaners and negative reviews
I don’t understand the negative reviews
We have just returned from a weeks stay here and cannot fault the place. Rooms are spot on
Staff are all happy and friendly
Food plentiful and nice
Drinks branded
U may have a cue a few minutes for a drink and????? Your on holiday relax
It was my birthday while we was here and the staff left some things in our room which was a nice touch
A huge shout out to Chus and adriana in the adult pool bar you guys made our holiday such lovely friendly people
