Stay of 10!

We had a wonderful week in half board. Everything was perfect, the staff was super friendly and efficient. The room with terrace and spacious, the mattresses practically new. The fluffy pillows although somewhat flat for my taste but it was not a problem because I ordered another pillow and I got it without problems from the reception. The bathroom was well equipped and with a powerful hairdryer that they would already like in many 5-star hotels.
Lunch or dinner (we could choose each day) was the same menu for people who came from the street to the restaurant, and we liked what was there every day, for its quality and variety. We had been in the restaurant years ago and it is still in the same line of quality and quantity. Apart from the menu of the day they also had oriental days, of the cachopo... We'll go back for sure to try them.
The breakfast buffet was also varied and with ample hours until 11.00 ideal for those of us who like to have breakfast late.
In short, it was an ideal week and we will certainly come back and recommend it to everyone.

Poor and overpriced

We stayed in 9 different hotels in Spain over 16 night and this was the worst but not the cheapest. Positives were good location, clean and great hairdryer. Shabby with cracked tiles, dodgy wiring, no quilt covers on quilts, flat pillows. Breakfast was awful, cereal choice was cornflakes or coco pops, diluted orange juice, coffe from a machine but instant and awful. Crusty bread had been sliced earlier so was dry. One, one slice toaster only. They should be ashamed.should be 2star max

Old hotel and very unpleasant staff.

The hotel is very old.
Carpets from before the war, the room key is made from the Neolithic era.
The unpleasant staff is another story.
I recommend that you do not go to Laredo as it is so old that I do not know how it has not fallen apart.

Not a great experience

Location is near to beach about 5 minutes into the town . Hotel is very dated with worn carpets and noisy doors .
Very poor noise insulation so you can hear everything happening in next door room .
Bed is fine but because of noise had a very bad sleep.
Did not eat there so can’t comment on food .

Hotel not adapted for wheelchair guests

When booking I asked specifically if it was adapted for people in wheelchairs, they told me that if, curved ramp which can not climb a wheelchair without assistance, to enter another ramp tb very steep, to reach the elevator tb a complicated ramp, in the rooms there is shower but the very narrow doors, and minimal bathroom in which you can not make the turn hotel at all adapted, are offered at reception to every time you want to enter and left help you, but how do they make the person feel that enough has to go sitting in a chair that just to enter a hotel "adapted" have to help you?? Nothing recommended, we had to look for another place to sleep x q did not enter x the bathroom door.
