Another Good Stay at Barceló
This was my second stay at this Barceló hotel, and overall I had another pleasant experience. The staff are one of the hotel's biggest strengths—friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. I also really enjoyed the rooftop bar, where the bartender made excellent cocktails and always served them with a smile.
The room was comfortable, and the pillows and duvet made for a great night's sleep. However, I missed small touches like slippers and body lotion, which I usually expect from the Barceló chain.
Breakfast was good, although I would have liked a fresh juice machine and better communication about the freshly prepared breakfast options. All in all, it's a good hotel with a great location and a few areas for improvement.

Fantastic hotel
Fabulous location, really comfy beds and good breakfast choices, but above all the staff were amazing and incredibly helpful. Fran on reception was fantastic when we needed assistance during our stay - Muchos gracias, Señor!

Excellent location and lovely staff
The staff is very friendly and approachable and always willing to help with everything. The room is equipped with everything necessary and the bed is super comfortable. The breakfast is very delicious and varied, and the people who run the buffet are the best. Very close to the beach. In addition, the hotel rooftop has incredible views

I liked the hotel. The staff at the reception was fantastic, and the employees at breakfast were also very friendly. The breakfast was delicious, but there was too little salmon, since I do not eat meat. However, the breakfast was the same on all eight days, which I did not like so much. The room was great. The cleaning, however, was not thorough enough (5 out of 10 points). The towels were not changed daily, the floor was not always clean, i.e., it was hardly mopped, and the mirrors were not cleaned.
