Delightful, amazing prices, chill, friendly staff
From the moment we came into the hotel everyone was incredibly friendly, Marieta was so helpful, she went out of her way to make my birthday special, the overall environment was so welcoming, the rooms were amazing and there is a lot of sun beds outside which is perfect for sunny days, a lot of people complain about the pool but I think it’s perfect just to relax in and enjoy the scenery, breakfast was delicious and dinner is very good too,ALL of the staff were incredible I haven’t been to a hotel with nicer staff, would definitely come back again!!

Nice hotel with sea view
Very nice hotel, with a high level of service. There was even a public relations employee who could come up with extremely useful information about good places to visit.
Nice bright room with good space.

I stayed here for a week with my parents and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is situated in the heart of Las Canteras beach, with a huge mall nearby (Las Arenas C.C). We paid extra to have the breakfast included and were very satisfied with it.
The receptionists were so courteous and were super friendly. I arrived later than my parents around 01:30 am and was met by a very polite and friendly male receptionist who set the bar very high! We are ever so pleased with our stay here and cannot wait to be back again!❤️.
Housekeeping was superb and the customer relations lady was such a lovely person who gave excellent suggestions as to what to do in the island.

Very well taken care of by all the hotel staff.
Especially by the public relations representative Marieta, who prepared routes for us to visit the island.
The restaurant La Mafia offers very good food, and the reception staff was very attentive to our requests.

Location and personal attention.
I stayed at the Sercotel Playa de las Canteras last week, and overall, the experience was very positive. I traveled for work, and the location of the hotel is unbeatable, right in front of Las Canteras beach.
The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and in my case, I had good views. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout the stay, which is always appreciated, but I would particularly highlight Marieta from Public Relations. She helped me at all times, both to change rooms and to provide me with a much more comfortable work chair for my performance. She is one of those people who makes you want to return to places. That customer experience one is looking for; definitely, like being at home.
