Picos Y Pintxos in Leon

Good hotel, friendly service, nearby the old city centre. Easy to walk from the train station. We had a room with a balcony.

Comfortable and quality hotel with a very good location for visiting the city

On the two occasions that we have traveled to Leon we have stayed at this hotel and from the first moment we liked both the location, near the city center, and the comfort and service of the hotel, a fact for which we have returned to repeat and I do not doubt that this will be the reference hotel in the city when we return.
The breakfast is very complete and varied and the rooms are large and comfortable.

Great hotel in great location

The customer service is excellent, the breakfast buffet was superb, the room lovely and quiet and the location is fantastic - close to everything in the city. I highly recommend this hotel

Stay away from this hotel

We stayed at this hotel for one night with the Boscolo tour on the Camino de Santiago. A terrible establishment. Old, uncomfortable rooms, lacking amenities, and above all, very dirty. In the bathroom, the water had no pressure and it was impossible to wash properly. The towels were stained and full of hair from other guests; fortunately, we had our own. We asked to change rooms but then we gave up because they offered us a room of a lower standard. The group dinner was awful. Few dishes of old and poor-quality food. The leftover fruit salad (exactly three bowls) was recycled for breakfast. It is truly a shame that Boscolo chose such a subpar hotel. Evidently, they think that tourists have low standards like the hikers who sleep anywhere and never wash.

Grazie per aver condiviso la sua esperienza. Ci dispiace sinceramente leggere che il soggiorno non sia stato all’altezza delle aspettative e comprendiamo il suo malcontento.
Le osservazioni relative alla pulizia, allo stato delle camere e al bagno sono per noi particolarmente importanti. Ci scusiamo per quanto accaduto, poiché questi aspetti non riflettono gli standard che desideriamo offrire ai nostri ospiti. Abbiamo già condiviso il suo commento con i responsabili dei reparti coinvolti per effettuare le opportune verifiche e intervenire dove necessario.
In merito alla richiesta di cambio camera, quando è stata proposta un’alternativa, questa era una delle opzioni disponibili in quel momento, in quanto l’hotel risultava completo; tutti i cambi sono infatti sempre soggetti alla disponibilità.
Anche per quanto riguarda il servizio di ristorazione, prendiamo molto sul serio le sue parole. Lavoriamo costantemente per garantire qualità e varietà, per questo ci dispiace apprendere che la sua esperienza non sia stata soddisfacente.
Speriamo di poterla accogliere nuovamente per offrirle un soggiorno all'altezza delle sue aspettative.
