A place to not return to

I arrived and the smell was unbearable, everything very dirty...broken...I stayed in a mixed shared room...and the feeling was one of insecurity the whole time! I was going to stay for two nights, and on the second night, they changed my room without any explanation, so I left... I will never return

Unsafe place with fake services. Ghost staff, they only answer on the phone.

It's a scam. There is no administrator on site. They use vulnerable personnel (foreigners of Ukraine) as low-paid employees. They charge for Wifi service, laundry kitchen and when we arrived there were no such services. The single rooms have no TV or Internet. It is in a totally isolated place, without access to any nearby services. We needed internet for course that we attended to Donosti, the most dangerous thing is that the person who gives codes by phone is a violent, aggressive and unsympathetic person with the customer. when you claim that we needed the services at least Wifi for our stay, threatened us , canceled the reservation and asked us to vacate in 2 minutes. It is a place for which we had to pay a significant amount for the taxi given the difficult access and also we had to look for another safer accommodation at the last minute
