This hotel is well located near a square with restaurants; it is very quiet but does not overlook the sea, which is less than 100 meters away.

The owners are very welcoming and attentive to the wishes of the guests.
A price more than reasonable, with a royal breakfast included. A well-deserved 3-star rating.

Horrible experience

Worst experience we ever had with a hotel. We paid 1140 for 8 nights, for a room where you can hear children scream like they are in the same room with you, you hear people burp, you can hear poop dropping in the toilet. You can hear everyhting that happens in the room next to you. And on top of this we had a bathroom where the door could not close. So doing your private things was not possible. At first, we changed to another room, but the noise was exactly the same. We asked for some compensation or discount, but Anna and mr. Muntanya laughed in our faces and didn’t give us anything. We decided to leave immediately and we are now looking for a hotel where you can’t hear others peoples feces dropping in the toilet.

Amazing family owned hotel

Very cute hotel with excellent location a few steps from the beach and all the restaurants. The bed was huge and amazingly comfortable. They have a beautiful terrace on the 3rd floor with a great view on the sea.

Smart and great value

Had a really nice time in Llfranc and the La Muntanya was spot on.
It only has 10 rooms, so nice and quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent - fruit, cereals, bread, pastries, meats, cheeses, eggs, coffee, tea etc. They also had both soya and lactose free milk.
It's not strictly speaking beachfront, but it's a walk of less than a minute to the beautiful promenade. Staff were really nice and very helpful.
Stayed on a first floor room, a juliet balcony only but the view is of the street and the next door building. The bigger balconies were above, not sure of their view, the best view was from the terrace and hot tub!
A really good size room and massive bed. Bathroom was functional and clean - interesting positioning of the shower head - must have been installed by a giant and the shower screen was a bit off so the floor got a bit of soaking but not really a problem.
Would highly recommend it as a bit of a bargain when looking around the area, being a short walk from the beach and lots of restaurants. It's also only a 15 min walk to Calella - which has more lovely beaches and restaurants. the walk itself, around the headland is worth the effort.
Never loud and they lock the front door at 11pm - just remember to take your key with you!
Parking is on the street only and usually up around the corner unless your lucky - we had no problems finding a spot within a 1 min walk though and it's free.

Nice small hotel in the heart of the village

Clean and nice rooms. Good breakfast, and they make your omelett as you prefer. You boil you egg your self as you please. Very good coffee. Nice selection av cheese. The jacuzzi holds 37 celcius, so it was too warm to try in July. Friendly and helpful staff.
