Quiet and pretty

The spa is pretty good, the guy who served us was very attentive and friendly. The room we had taken had very cool round whirlpool bath with lights, and everything quite clean, the reception girl also attended us very well. Sure we'll repeat!

It is not a 4-star hotel

It is a hotel scam. To say it is a 4-star hotel is shameless. Leaving towels on the bathroom floor for you to change them, and instead they hang them up again, is even worse. The entire hotel is very deteriorated; the rooms and the dining area where breakfast is served are dirty. The smell in the room is extremely unpleasant; the odor of plumbing and rancidness clings to the clothes. I believe it should be illegal to put a sign at reception saying that if you give a good review, you will receive a gift.

Dirt and mold throughout the shower was very disgusting with the plague closed and mold

It's not even d 2* the broken old shower super dirty smell of mold closed a real disgust and the reception staff lousy and unwilling was talking to a friend the reception and could not attend me, the Spa mini only saunas and a jet of water of course we eat nothing in the hotel only stay and we will never return again

Nightmare

I took the suit and there was no price of water with which the Jacuzzi I do not know could fill (we go unused), to the SPA there was no hot water I know I could use only sauna and massage chair, when climbing from SPA to the room there was no hot water and we could not shower, to breakfast the next day there were no clean tables and glasses for this gave cardboard glass.

A relaxing weekend with stress

The spa we could only do the two saunas the showers only came out it is cold, the Jacuzzi is the freezing water and they were emptying it very badly... the day of departure I told the reception girl and she did not give us any solution did not return the money for her part we saw it very bad and with a few airs of superiority we will not return anymore.
