Excellent stay in this agroturismo
We loved our stay at the Perola agriturismo in October 2025.
We particularly enjoyed the welcome of our guests; Isabel and her father are charming and cheerful. With little care for us, Isabel is good advice for restaurants, beaches, markets, etc.
The little dog is also adorable and very playful.
The room is very cozy, well appointed and the bedding very comfortable.
Breakfasts served on the terrace were a treat, homemade, varied and hearty.
The pool is beautiful, the setting enchanting and quiet, a real paradise.
Nearby, the villages near Llucmajor and Porreres are very nice and lively, with good restaurants.
Go ahead with your eyes closed, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic!
Our stay at Agriturismo La Perla was simply wonderful. Isabella & Victòria are incredibly warm hosts – attentive, courteous, and always very professional. Together with their loving parents, Micaela & José, who live on-site and help everywhere, they create an atmosphere where one feels welcome from the very first moment. One can feel the passion and love that the family puts into this special house and its beautiful surroundings.
Every morning we were treated to a wonderful homemade breakfast – prepared with many local products and a lot of attention to detail.
The quiet location in the picturesque landscape, characterized by gentle hills, olive trees, and agriculture, makes this place a perfect retreat for relaxing and enjoying.
The agriturismo has several different rooms and apartments, some with their own kitchen and plenty of space to linger. Particularly noteworthy is the generous and very stylishly designed pool, which invites you to cool off and relax on warm days.
We sincerely thank you for this special time – and we will definitely come back.

Sanctuary for older German seniors
Had to leave here after one night because of antisocial noise from other guests who were having drinks with owners by the pool. When we thought we were resting there after a long day and our first evening out, there was loud laughter, and a lot of noise from loud talking, laughing and drinking group of people with dogs, which was very disturbing. It was hugely audible in our room, let alone that you can sit on your balcony yourself. Have been forced to spend the first night of the planned five here and immediately made a reservation for another hotel on the island late that same night. As if that's nice to have to find another hotel immediately., while you've carefully selected it. Complaint dismissed at Booking.com and everything was reimbursed. It has been the most horrible experience from my holiday experiences. It has affected my holiday week in Mallorca quite a bit.
Have only spoken to the hostess concerned by phone that night. Called her herself and talked execution over the phone. She advised us at that time to find another accommodation, because we could not stay there anymore, because she could not stop the noise, it was a reunion of regulars (old German seniors) with the older owners (an older couple from Mallorca) Upon arrival there is a key box, no personal contact. The next morning the hostess’ “sister” worked, claiming to know nothing of the situation. We were with a simple breakfast in the room, the stay out bonjourned. Gone is gone, no longer bothered.

Amazing
Amazing.
The location is perfect: very closed to Palma, the capital, but in the peaceful countryside and very closed to Es Trenc the most beautiful beach of Mallorca Island, to Cala d'Or, one of the nicer place to go for a dinner and to the highway to go anywhere.
The "finca" is very nice, very clean, with a pleasant swimming pool.
The breakfast is very abundant, every day different, totally natural or hand made.
The owner Victoria and his family are simply fantastic: friendly, polite, helpful and generous.
We really enjoy to stay here and we highly recommend this Wonderland.

Away from it all
Really happy I booked a few days here.
First of all a couple of things to be aware of:
- There's no air conditioning
- you will probably be woken up by the cockerel each morning (well it's better than a clock-radio)
- There's nothing of use within walking distance.
Now the positives:
- Beautiful pool
- Lovely garden surrounding it with ample seating (sitting under the vines on the terrace was sooooo relaxing!)
- use of a fridge to keep fruit / water / beer cool
- freshly layed eggs for breakfast!
- lovely welcoming and helpful staff determined to make your stay pleasant.
- No parking issues (which is often the unanticipated issue I face on vacation)
- Central, so most of Majorca is within an hour's drive.
- So pleasant for my room to be just a few steps from the pool.
