SCAMMERS AND NO SHAME

They are unpresentable, there are more comments of the same . they book you the hotel and then there is no one when you arrive they do not answer calls or the phone, or they fall asleep on their shifts or it is something they do to scam people, they leave you lying in the middle of the night with nowhere to sleep, they do not take phone calls and they do not want to refund , they just make things up and say that as they will explain to their boss that there was no one to receive the guests finally they wash their hands and come to tell you what is your problem, I should give them shame , I hope that if someone reads it serve not to book there and go anywhere else

Extremely tight room. It should not have been made for three, but for two, max. There was also a strong smell we couldn't figure what was.
On the positive side. Location is great.

Greed

After canceling a Reservation three hours after making and paying for it, they refuse to refund the amount.
They then sell the same room for the same dates, so they charge twice for it. Round business.
Never book at this Inn: you can lose your money, while they earn twice as much.

Worst hostel ever!
Our neighbour was an alcoholic that had her door open all the time, screaming and smoking in the bed. Bare in mind that it is forbidden to smoke in a hotel or hostel and will be penalized and most likely kicked out. But not in this hostel where there is no reception (even if it’s stated at hotels.com). We communicated with the managers sister that was not helpfull at all. Didn’t dare to sleep in case of fire (no fire alarm in the room) and moved to another hotel the day after.
