Great Albergue!

This is an awesome Albergue! Clean! Comfortable! Loved that they offered a towel! Great kitchen, I was able to keep my water cold and am so thankful for that! Laundry service was so helpful! Close to great restaurants! Lots to see! Highly recommend!

Very bad experience.

I made a reservation for 6 nights traveling from Bilbao to Logroño with my 6-year-old daughter, the receptionist who helped me confirmed my reservation for a double room with windows because my daughter is asthmatic, when I arrived there another person helped me telling me that there was no room under my name, I was frozen, he called his colleague and he did not answer him, he told me that he had forgotten to write me down and offered me a room without windows or ventilation, I told him no, that I was not satisfied and since they had another guesthouse he called and sent me there because they had one with a window, I go there and he shows me a room going up 40 stairs with my suitcase and two bags, the room had 2 windows that looked out onto a patio and in the end I stayed, only 2 days because it was impossible to sleep even with the fan on, I look up through the window and I see that the patio is covered with some plastic, in other words, no air was coming in at all, I go down and I observed many rooms that have the same or many windows but they are uncovered, I go to the front desk and try to get them to give me a possible solution to my problem, my daughter the same, all night without sleeping, one with glasses who was very rude helps me and does not even let me speak, telling me that if I do not like it to go to the f... street, speaking badly in front of my daughter as if we were homeless animals, I call the police and they start speaking to me better and offering me the money for the days I did not stay, I had a tremendous anxiety attack, I do not recommend this place at all, the treatment has been awful and the conditions too, for 10 € more a day a good hotel is worth it and you save yourself headaches, I am interested in going to the OCU to file a complaint as well.

The Albergue was comfortable and clean. Staff very helpful. One thing that was annoying was the bracket to hold up the shower head was broken. So could not stand under the shower.

Perfect quality/price

In the same center but you couldn't hear a fly. Perfectly equipped and super clean, highly recommended, there are hostels and some hotels that do not reach this level. Large, shared rooms but very comfortable and spacious. You can not ask for much more

Good location thats it. Bathroom unfeasibly small with a dodgy door a toilet too close to the wall to sit on lol
