- The hotel overall has poor cleanliness, bad food (except for breakfast), a bad location, and above all, it needs a complete renovation because it is quite old.

Rude behavior and arrogance.
When it was our turn, we expressed that we did not want to leave our ID until the next day, that they should take note of our information and return our IDs.
In response, they sent us to the end of the queue that had formed, with the "penalty" of assigning us a room without views.
In Spain, we have the right not to leave our ID and, if necessary, to call the police to report the incident.

An old hotel with excellent staff.
The best part of the hotel is the attention from the dining and café staff. This is what makes me rate the experience a three instead of a two.
The rooms are good; they are simple but spacious, clean, and with excellent views.
However, the breakfasts and dinners are of a mediocrity unworthy of a three-star hotel. Products of poor quality and terrible coffee. Moreover, since the hotel is far from the urban center, the option to have a good coffee during breakfast hours is nonexistent.
I believe that IMSERSO should monitor the destinations for pensioners. It is understandable that for the price paid, luxury hotels cannot be provided, but a minimum of quality should be ensured.
