Second time stay as our previous experience was good. Very convenient location, good size room and nice staff…see you soon!

All right, but...
We are used to visiting this hotel which we find very good.
But during our last visit we were disappointed by the cleanliness of the shower.
And the toilet seat was badly positioned, which was not pleasant at all.

Budget friendly but decent hotel close to Albufera National Park. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location with super markets, restaurants and easy access to freeway, and charging station onsite. The ONLY objection is the existence of bunch of hairs on our bed sheet!!

Nice hotel, but without a taxi, it is difficult to get to the city.
Very nice hotel in a commercial area far from the city, very helpful staff; I expected to find a minibar in the room, and it was complicated to take public transport to the city.

Overdelivering on efficiency and kindness
I have read some comments, unflattering comments about this hotel and I want to share my families excellent experience with this hotel. First of all there are the hardworking but always welcoming staff and I say always because circumstances has made us stay here for a longer time. We are impressed with the efficient and deducted front and backroom staff and management and by the cleaning ladies and manager.
And I am known to be a very critical
client. IBIS Alfafar overdelivers at its level. Some guests expect a 5 star service but that is unrealistic and unfair. This Ibis does not pretent to be a five star hotel but its staff certainly earns a t shirt with 5 stars on it. I can not name one particular staff member as all of them have welcomed us from day one with friendly and efficient service. We have returned that respect to them and maybe some guest complaining should check their own attitudes before criticising staff which earn praise, not complaints. Nobody is perfect but my wife and I have seen the efforts every day. And the staff every day tries to deliver to each and every guest. The building has its limitations and is not luxurious. But it is newly redecorated and clean. Very clean for Spanish standards.
This team of hard working staff earns my praise and gratitude. Not every day it is easy to small for an individual at work. But they do.
I emphasize that I have no business ties with Accor or no personal advantages making this comment. It is a fair appraisal of a hotel where people find pride in their work and do the Ibis and Accor name honour. I have seen other Accor hotels I could not give this praise.
But this Alfafar staff and management I will praise and thank and defend against undue criticism.
