THE 3 G'S (GOOD, GREAT, AND GRAND) IT HAS IT ALL

Modern hotel, all new and very clean
Rooms of adequate size, designed for cleaning up and resting, very quiet, with a refrigerator
Very friendly staff
With outdoor parking on the premises for €9, you might find a spot on the street
Islazul Shopping Center very close by, you can walk there
Magnificent breakfast, simple but with everything and of high quality with natural juice

Make sure not to forget anything in the room

At first, the hotel seemed very good to us, but our opinion changed completely when we realized the next day that we had left some Apple headphones on the beds of the two rooms we rented, which we have not been able to recover. We called to notify, we were sure that the maid who cleaned the room would have found them, but we never heard anything back. They told us that they had not found them. It seems very unprofessional to me. If you go, make sure not to forget anything in the room. The night was not expensive.

Lamentamos sinceramente la experiencia que ha tenido con la pérdida de sus auriculares en nuestras instalaciones. En B&B HOTEL Madrid Carabanchel, nos esforzamos por mantener los más altos estándares de servicio y atención al cliente. Sin embargo, la política del hotel estipula que los objetos olvidados son gestionados de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos y a través de los cuales hemos conseguido recuperar y devolver pertenencias de otros clientes que, como ustedes, dejaron también diferentes objetos olvidados en sus habitaciones. En su caso, lamentamos que no haya podido recuperar las suyas. Hemos estado dando seguimiento con nuestro Equipo de Limpieza en repetidas ocasiones, pero sus auriculares no aparecieron.
Agradecemos sus comentarios y tomaremos en cuenta su opinión para mejorar nuestros servicios en el futuro para nuestros clientes.

Great hotel as suburban location

I visited the B&B hotel Carabanchel in early October 2025. The hotel was excellent: very good service, nice breakfast, coffee all day, large and modern rooms, clean and quiet. The area around the hotel is also nice, even though on arrival you find yourself between a large cemetery and a few car dealerships; a couple of blocks away, there is a proper small town with local shops and restaurants, and there is also a large shopping mall across the highway. The hotel has parking, and it seems that parking is generally not hard to find in the area, so it is definitely a good option for people coming in with a car. Plus, it is located next to a divided highway, offering easy access from outside Madrid.
If you are not coming with a car, things are trickier. The hotel has bus stops very close, with relatively frequent service, and is rather close to a metro station (Carabanchel Alto on Line 12). When I visited, part of Line 6 was closed, cutting of Line 12 from Madrid. But even Line 6 does not reach the center, so you need another metro change. The alternative is the green suburban buses, which are a bit problematic, as they serve many neighborhoods and get stuck easily in local traffic. To reach the center easily, it would be better to stay somewhere close to a suburban rail station. So do check whether the location works for you; if it does, the hotel is great!
