Highly recommend
Great location where we were close to bars and transport, beds were cosy, good sized rooms and lockers! Staff are really friendly and provided excellent service. The noise level is also decent, they have quiet time after a certain point so we were not deserved. The hostel was also clean and tidy, with great amenities such as the terrace and drinks available etc!

I want to start my comment by exhaling the magnificent service provided by Fabio, I work in customer service and I was marveled with the attitude and charisma so beautiful and genuine that he offered us, nothing was too much to ask and I only have words of thanks with him. About the accommodation everything was very clean and pleasant, with clear rules of how to have a comfortable stay. The terrace and very nice common areas and not to mention the location close to everything. Infinite thanks to all the team, very good experience.

ATTENTION! They cancel the room by inventing problems with the credit card, but without ever attempting to charge or pre-authorise 5 days after check-in and ask for double the cost to book the same room through their site. They don't respond to any messages and don't look for any solutions. Scammers.

Estimado cliente Estafadores?, Usted hizo la reservacion por booking.com facilito una tarjeta que se preautorizaria 5 dias antes de su llegada (bloqueo temporal por el importe de la primera noche que de anula en el momento de su llegada o se cobraria en caso de que usted no llegara al hostel), Booking al igual que nosostros le damos 24 horas para que usted actualice la tarjeta ya que existen muchas personas que hacen reservaciones con tarjetas que no funcionan, tarjetas robadas, fraudes o varias reservavion en booking para ver cual le viene mejor ( por eso booking y nosostros verificamos 5 dias antes la tarjetas ) lamentamos que usted no la haya actualizado y el sistema se la haya cancelado... Unreliable
Today they canceled a reservation made months before and offered it to me at double the price. Unreliable, don't trust them. Zero customer support and attention. Unfortunately I can't give less than one star. If you want to visit Madrid don't book this hostel

Helpful and friendly staff
We were in a room of 4 with a nice and clean ensuite shower and toilet. Very helpful and friendly staff who are available from 8am to midnight. Nice and relaxed atmosphere in a central location. Because of this it can be a bit noisy when you're trying to sleep.
