Pleasant stay

Located in ra residential neighborhood, close to 2 metro stations: Quintana & Ascao around 08 to 10 min walk walk.
No check in/out desk, the staff will provide you with all necessary doors codes to access the hotel and your room with a well explained video in what’s up.
The rooms are named with cuties and numbers as well, they are cozy, clean and comfortable with enough towels, the shower is available and clean as well.
Bear in mind no everyday housekeeping is planned but the room found well maintained when I checked in.
The hall is a small kitchen,: tea bags, and coffee are there all time there is also a fridge and a oven
The check in policy start at 16:00 but they accepted to check me in earlier when I message the staff, thanks for that

The stay was wonderful and I greatly appreciated the nice staff, the cleanliness of the room and the overall ease of my stay. Thank you for everything.

A bit of unsettling experience overall. I don't want to say anything too bad - they really did a pretty good job. It was clean - but not spotless (hair on the floor and on the bed), there were a lot of amenities - but some were not working (like a hairdryer), the staff was nice - but cleaning showed up 5 minutes before our checkout, and so on and so on. It looks like the owners did a good faith effort to make this a great hotel, but those little things is what really makes difference between the hotel you want to come back to and the one you won't. Separately, I want to point out that a free parking was available, which is definitely a plus comes in handy in Madrid.

Great hotel in a lovely area close to two different metro lines. The arrival and departure processes were really easy, staff were kind, and the room was very thoughtfully and tastefully furnished. The pull out couch was very easy to use and the room felt spacious and comfortable. The shower was fantastic! As was the communal kitchen where coffee and tea were offered. Would wholeheartedly recommend this stay and a quick walk over to Alma Nomad Fabrica for amazing croissants and pastries.
