I'll never come back

We were touched by apartment 1°B, an apartment that overlooks an inner courtyard, you have to have the light on all day, you do not know if it is day or night, nothing to do with the photos they post on the page. The TV was not working, we said it and they worried about the penultimate day of the stay. We went a week. Very mediocre cleanliness. The bed is insufferable, spring mattress from the 80s.In the portal is always full of trash.
The only good thing about the apartment is the location.

A VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE AND I FELT CHEATED - SEE PHOTOS

Apartment A on floor 1 needs urgent refurbishment and general maintenance improvement. Photos in the listing do not reflect the reality of the accommodation, which generates a disappointing experience from the get-go.
As can be seen in my photos, during my stay I encountered several problems:
Unsafely placed cables, which can be dangerous.
The bathroom window does not close properly, letting in a lot of cold air.
Walls in need of paint and signs of wear.
The space to place clothes is the same as the mop, bucket and other cleaning utensils; in addition, the door is broken and screwed so it is locked, making it difficult to use.
Awkward and smelly pillows.
No mirror in the bathroom, something basic in any accommodation.
Damaged footboards with signs of humidity.
Other minor details that, for not extending, I do not mention, but that together negatively affect the stay.
It is a pity, because the apartment has potential, and with a relatively small investment could improve a lot and offer a much more pleasant experience to guests. Hopefully, these improvements will be taken seriously, as currently the quality does not match what is advertised.

Problems with my booking

I booked yesterday and have not yet received my confirmation email, only the payment email from PayPal, should I worry? Is it possible to speak to someone who manages or owns the property??

Not recommended unless you want to live a bad experience.

We booked, the apartment had no hot water the second night. We had to go to a hotel. We were told in booking that the hosts would refund that amount in a week and finally tell us no. Knowing we had to leave because of how bad the apartment was.

Nightmare at the Collection Plaza De Espana

A terrible venue, avoid at all costs. The premises offered were not the premises advertised. Also, upon entering the premises and using the lift, we experienced a very unpleasant smell, which ruined our initial Madrid experience. On entering the unit, the smell was bearable, not a good holiday start.
