Wonderful hotel, new and with impeccable service.

Surprising hotel. Great location, near the subway, safe neighborhood, you can park outside without any problem.
Beautiful facilities, everything clean, very comfortable bedding, and the breakfast was spectacular; freshly made pastries, very delicious cut fruit, cold cuts were also very delicious, and if not those, the eggs.
Noteworthy is the attention from their staff, Olivia, Cielo, Paloma, and Tatiana. Impeccable service and I would like to thank all the people behind making this hotel this good, both the maintenance staff and the housekeepers. Thanks to everyone, a 10.

VERY RECOMMENDED

LOCATION - The entrance and exit to the Barcelona highway is 5 minutes away. The Suanzes Metro station is 2 minutes away and takes you to the center of Madrid in 20 minutes.
PARKING - It is an area where you can find street parking.
ROOMS - Based on my experience in a double room with a queen bed, I will mention that although it was not very large, it was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, finally a shower with a proper screen where water does not spill out and turn the bathroom into a lake, 2 complimentary bottles of fresh water upon arrival, and perfect soundproofing as you do not hear street noise.
BREAKFAST - A mix of buffet and menu. The bread, pastries, cold cuts, and fruit are served to you at the table. In the buffet, you have jams, juices, yogurts, machine or capsule coffee, and fruit. Additionally, you can order hot dishes like eggs, bacon, omelets, sandwiches, and even chocolate with churros. Everything was quite good overall.
STAFF - Very attentive both at the reception and in the dining area. I would like to highlight the waitresses for the cleanliness of the hotel, both in the room, common areas, dining room, etc.
SUMMARY - Highly recommended hotel for a getaway to Madrid and its surroundings.

Worth it.

Very new hotel, worth it. Very close to the metro, which makes it easy to move around Madrid even if it is not in the center. Very clean room, comfortable beds and quiet to rest. Nice staff. For putting a but breakfast is a poor thing. We will definitely repeat.

Travel with children

We loved the hotel. The location although not very central is just 1 min from the metro that connects directly to the center. The rooms are not very large for 4 people we went, but the beds are very comfortable and very quiet. Great for rest. To highlight the breakfast (Spectacular), great variety to choose from. And especially the treatment of the staff is 10. The very helpful reception guys and the exceptional cafeteria girls, super attentive and friendly, we did not lack anything. If we return to Madrid we repeat for sure!!

Good place

Very good room and breakfast. Super friendly staff. It is a little distant from the center but has a metro station very close and from there to great track takes 20 minutes.
