In a great location. Nicecly furnished and clean. Bonus that it includes a washing machine with detergent. Excellent option for a stay in Madrid. Thanks!

Very good location, safe, spacious, clean, nice view in the park, soundproof, very close to the metro and many amenities. The only thing that was greatly disappointing was the persistent, strong sewage odor of undetermined origin (not the bathroom). This would have made me leave the apartment immediately if my job did not require me to be away from early mornings until late at night. It was a real pity for such a beautiful place!

online bookin was excellent to understand . Room was fantastic clean and nice ,, just hot water was not much potential ,, hope it will be ok ( I reported ,,they responsed to fix soon)
Great hosting system to contact people who can take care clients which is really nice , i want to come back again

Poor cleaning

We booked this hotel via booking because it had high reviews and the pictures looked perfect. For us hygiene was the most important, hence why we choose this hotel and paid a bit more than we wanted eventhough it was some miles from the centre area. We were very disappointed when we entered. The cleaning was far below standards. Stains everywhere, hair, food crumbs on the carpet, couch, chairs and even stains on the toilet and bathroom floor. Sink also still had food crumbs. As if they didn’t sanatize/desinfect inbetween stays. When we complained, the cleaning lady came back but she didn’t have the correct cleaning supplies. She used something from the bed, wet it with water to clean the sink for example. The person on the phone was willing to help and came with solutions, e.g. extra cleaning. As they do not clean daily but rather inbetween stays (supposedly) but for us they were willing to do a extra cleaning. However, due to the poor quality already from the start, me and my partner bought cleaning supplies on our first day to clean ourselves to feel comfortable at the place. We didn’t accept the extra cleaning because we notice they don’t clean properly or have appropiate cleaning supplies. So we didn’t trust it anymore. They were also not willing to do a partial refund or switch rooms which I think would be appropiate. Instead, we received a ride to the airport on their costs. Other than the poor cleaning quality, it was ok but we could not fully enjoy the apartment. We didn’t even use the couch just bc the stains and we thought they probably didn’t sanitise that either. At least we know, we can not fully trust reviews, ratings and pictures. It was definitely not worth the money we paid at the time
