There was a mix up with the room I booked and what was available - Fran sent me a message a day before to let me know. She had a smaller room available, and even offered me a room in her house! We decided to go with the smaller room as we just needed a room and a bathroom to recover from the flight over. We were arriving late, and Fran was so kind - left us some food so that we had something to eat when we finally arrived. The room was definitely small, but it's not the room I booked - so I can't say anything about that. The service we received from Fran was outstanding - she and I were in contact daily over WhatsApp and she gave us great suggestions for things to do. Helped me out with some laundry. The hotel itself was super quiet and clean, so we slept like the dead and felt relatively human again by the time we carried on for the rest of our travels!

The experience was great! I recommend it highly to anyone. Very clean and the staff was always friendly and very helpful.

Ideal, perfect and economical

The best value for money in Madrid. The rooms have a mini kitchen with everything you need in case you need a quick dinner. It is also fantastically connected to the centre by a bus leaving from the hotel gate. We loved it.

Great location, super clean place. The Bolivian cleaning lady was so sweet. We appreciated the pastries, milk and coffee that were included as well as the yummy chicharrones. The only thing I would have liked was for both rooms to have AC but regardless we were fine. Left the door open and soon it chilled off as well.
