Good city trip hotel

We stayed as a group of friends with 5 people in this hotel. We had 1 twin and 1 triple room. The standard and cleanliness was very good. Only in the triple room I have to complain about the “sofa bed”. Very narrow, very hard!
Otherwise it was a very successful stay. The location is good base for activities and city discoveries.
The reception area and the bar are very well maintained and make an appealing impression.
I would recommend the hotel and book again if needed.

Good nights sleep.

I when you stay at a Marriott you know what your going to get, good service, comfortable surroundings and a decent room. Madrids is no exception, no extra frills it meets expectations, the one bonus was that the blackout curtains really do their job which ensured a very good nights sleep.

Hotel has been renovated very well, we stay room 750 and it was very nice and big. Concierge send us a bottle of Cava and chocolate strawberry nice touch. Nice and attentive the girl at the bar

Perfect hotel for a stay in Madrid

An absolutely beautiful hotel, I would recommend anyone who is looking to go to Madrid to stay here. It is about a 25-30 min walk to the main city center. There is also a metro station an 2 min walk from the hotel. Around the hotel is super quiet. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I needed to get tickets to an attraction in town and they were eager and willing to help. The rooms were spacious and very nice. We had a room for three and there was more than enough room. Rooms are air conditioned which was great during the heat wave. Breakfast was also so nice and everything was fresh! We had a great experience here!

Not up to four star luxury lineup standards

This is part of Marriott‘s luxury line listed as a four-star hotel. Experience did not measure up to other Marriotts in their luxury lineup. Very disappointing. We were there for two nights.
