We were a little early, but staff were happy to hold our bags whilst we popped out for lunch. Only thing I would say is that we were back a little earlier, they couldn’t check us in understandably, however they were checking in everyone that arrived at the correct time and left us waiting in the lobby. I thought this was a little off as they knew we were patiently waiting. Everything else great for the price, great location, we walked everywhere

A wonderful staff and one of the best hotel breakfasts only compliment the superior and quiet location near the Plaza Espana.

Great location

Very good hotel, with a great location and nearby subway entrances. The staff's service is very good, everyone is very kind. The breakfast is good and the rooms are always clean.

Without hesitation

We discovered the chain this winter in Brussels. We just spent 4 nights in Madrid. Nothing to complain about, well soundproofed, the rooms and the exterior, impeccable cleanliness, bedding too.
The breakfasts are quite decent; everyone finds what they like. The staff is pleasant, helpful, and very smiling. We highly recommend +++

Great hotel, good location (noisy though)

Renovated hotel in Motel one style. Friendly staff, bar open 24 hours. Location fine and we didn't actually catch a subway. Location near Palace, Gran Via 20 min walk about. Breakfast was nice 07:00 to 11:00) a pity that there was no fresh orange juice, otherwise plenty of choice. Rooms are new, we had room 214 with a view of a concrete wall but we are still away a lot. Rooms are very noisy though. Beds fine, fridge and hair dryer available. Nice bathroom. Only missed a coat rack for the coats, while there is plenty of space in the long hallway (tip Motel One )
