Excellent in every aspect.

This is our second time at the hotel/apartment. The apartments have been remodeled since our previous visit in 2013 and are more beautiful than before. We were assigned a unit with a balcony in front that was very comfortable, well-lit, and ventilated. They have a full kitchen, a bathroom with a double sink, a safe, a TV, and laundry service in the basement. The cleanliness was appropriate, the staff was attentive, and the breakfast was satisfactory. We traveled by car, and the parking lot is very convenient and was almost empty (there is an additional cost). Since our flight departed at 11:55 PM, we requested a late check-out, but it was not possible due to occupancy; however, they allowed us to leave the car in the parking lot until 7 PM at no additional cost. Finally, the area has everything, close to the center without being in the hustle and bustle, and only 20 km from the airport. If we return to Madrid, we will surely repeat our stay.

Nos alegra especialmente que disfrutara de la amplitud de nuestros apartamentos con salón y cocina independientes, lo que nos diferencia de un alojamiento tradicional. The apartment we had was amazing, perfect for what we wanted, price is relatively high a night but saved money by using the kitchen facilities available. Everything was super clean and the staff were very helpful! 10/10 would recommend and definitely will stay again if back in Madrid.

Attentive staff. Good facilities, breakfast. 3 night stay between 24 and 27 September and parking

Senior couple that we had already been staying on other occasions. Three night stay, as always very pleasant despite being much of the building under renovation. Precisely because of the renovations we were given a new and superior apartment to the contracted without additional charge. Excellent apartment (114), cleanliness, and quiet. Extraordinary staff attention.

The staff was excellent. Rooms were comfortable, hotel was well located, and breakfast was good. Roberto, one of the front desk people, was friendly, informed and very smart. We would recommend to others.

Great service & location

Service is outstanding; the room was clean, and I did not have any problems with street noise. The hotel is about 6 blocks from La Gran Vía - near Plaza España - in a quiet neighborhood.
