Beautiful terrace, Rocio the host is incredible!

The hotel is beautiful, it has a terrace where you can see all of Madrid, they serve very delicious drinks. Rocío the hotel host, a genius, welcomed us incredibly, showed us every corner and we felt super welcome. Thank you!

IT IS UNFORTUNATE NOT TO HAVE ACCESS TO ALL THE HOTEL FACILITIES

We always stay at this hotel, but this is already the second time we could not use the facilities (Hemingway bar or rooftop) due to the endless succession of events. But what surprises me the most is the hotel's response. Honestly, in response to our complaint, they offered us a drink at unusual hours when we were already finishing our stay. BUT WE WANT TO ADD SOMETHING MUCH MORE SERIOUS that happened to us on the last night at the bar on the ground floor (the clandestine bar) on Friday, June 19, 2026, at night. We approached to have a drink, entered (since there was nothing and no one at the door indicating it was a private event), and without warning or explanation, two security gentlemen came, who very violently forced us to leave the place as if we were criminals. The truth is that they made us feel very distressed. This seems extremely serious to us, because beyond the fact that they respect a third party more than the hotel’s own guest, this exceeds all limits. We think it is phenomenal that the hotel prioritizes exploitation for outsiders, but they must explain this to the guest before contracting their services. UNFORTUNATE. Tal como le indicamos en su momento, quedamos a la espera de su visita para que pudieran conocer el espacio y ofrecerles una consumición como gesto de cortesía por las molestias ocasionadas. No obstante, finalmente no tuvimos el placer de recibirles porque no vinieron ni me contestaron al whatsapp y al email que les envié.
Sentimos sinceramente que su experiencia no haya cumplido con sus expectativas y le aseguramos que sus comentarios han sido tenidos muy en cuenta para continuar mejorando nuestro servicio.

Amazing stay

Great hotel! The breakfast is incredible with a great variety and everything is fresh. We loved the location and the ambiance. We told them we were celebrating our anniversary and they went above and beyond to make it special. We’ll stay here again next time we are in Madrid. Nos encantó!

Nice oasis in central Madrid

Lovely hotel in a prime position, very close to all main attractions in Madrid. Despite the central position the area is very quiet and relaxing. The suite was spacious with all comforts and amenities; the terrace a plus.
