Another lovely stay at this hotel, close to Atocha station and the Prado art museum. Easy check in with friendly staff. Spacious quiet room, comfortable bed. Nice bar/restaurant on the premises too.

Great stay!
Room large, comfortable, very new or newly renovated, bed linen and bathroom of excellent quality, very clean and fragrant, good shower, curtain and black-out that leave the room dark for a good rest, large TV, comfortable bed, various amenities. Staff very attentive and polite. It was a great experience I will come back more often!

Luxury stay
Wonderful stay at the NH Nacional Hotel! The location is perfect for getting around Madrid and visiting the museums, close to the city's nerve center and with the Atocha Station right in front for easy access to the surroundings. The rooms are extremely comfortable, the beds are a delight, and all the amenities you might need are provided. The staff is charming, including those at Reception, Guest Relations, and in the restaurant. All their advice and recommendations helped us discover wonderful corners of Madrid. The breakfasts are varied, abundant, and you can request them to prepare whatever you prefer at the moment. What more can I say! When I return to Madrid, I will definitely stay at this hotel! Thank you to all the staff!

Great location and lovely hotel.
Luis the ambassador was so kind… they were booked out, but got us into our room early.
Cassio in the restaurant was so lovely and helpful. Food was really good.
