Disastrous, dirty, and shameful. Terrible service.
There were no curtains covering the windows to keep out the morning light and the dirt that had accumulated there was such that we had to leave.
Filthy carpeted stairs, dirty from who knows how long ago, corners piled with accumulated shit, food scraps, a screen separating the kitchen covered in fingerprints and handprints, and the upholstery of gray sofas and canapés with visible and very disgusting stains.
We moved the sofa bed to prepare the bed and found dust, lint, hair, and even colors and a hair tie behind it. We were left waiting for the cleaner who was supposed to do a thorough cleaning in front of us, and we were also left waiting for the complaint form, which they didn't give us.
Experiential to forget.
We were there for more than 5 hours waiting for a solution and ended up booking the days in another hotel and losing the
First day of a trip that was for medical reasons and we needed that afternoon to run errands.
If you value your money, don't go to this establishment.
